No one from the staff really directed my son and I anywhere. We walked around numerous of times searching for a door, not knowing it was drive thru only. We wish they had communicated to us before us finding out ourselves.

First time there, and the girl outside was a 5 out of 10. At the pick up window nice clutter of staff chatting it up. Enough to give me the wrong order. I called to point it out, the manager offered a replacement. But I dont return to places after they drop the ball. Especially on something so simple.

Let me paint you a picture.
You just spent 9 days in Italy, living on nothing but pizza, pasta, and dreams of air conditioning. As you drift off in your 85° hotel room, you picture that first meal back home: good old-fashioned American Chick-fil-A, like any tax-paying patriot would.
Fast forward: 15 hours of trains and flights later, you’re finally home. Jetlagged, borderline delusional, and running on pure excitement, you DoorDash your dream meal: a large #1, no pickles, with a large Diet Coke with ice (something Italy still hasn’t discovered).
It arrives. You race down from your 7th-floor apartment, trembling with joy. You open the bag and… no Chick-fil-A sauce.
At that moment, I’m not sure what’s worse? Getting kicked in the nuts or having your eyes carved out with strands of grass.
Un-American. Unpatriotic. #FreeTheSauce

If someone were to get into an accident at this area, they’re gonna come back and sue you guys.
Don’t look like they’re gonna fix it either cause there’s reviews from six years ago complaining about the same problem.

I normally love Chick-fil-A, but my recent visit was disappointing. I’m not sure of the Hispanic girl’s name who took my order outside, but she was very rude. After repeating our name several times, she still entered a completely different one, something that sounded more like a guy’s name. I also realized after picking up my order that she didn’t ring up my second side, even though she asked if I wanted both. On top of that, she forgot the sauces I requested. Overall, the experience felt careless and frustrating, definitely not the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for.

Rarely ever have a problem at this CFA, and if I do(1 time), they’re quick to fix it, despite being packed. Food is always piping hot and fresh 😋
