This is by far the worst chic fil a location, I’ve ever been to. And unfortunately it’s now the closest to where I live.
Their drive through is extremely slow, the staff are rude and slow yet seem miserable and stressed. I’d highly recomend just going to the McDonalds for cheaper and faster food or diving a bit further to a different chic fil a locations.

The worst thing is their drive through often becomes grid locked.

$32 & we went over the order several times to the point he walked us all the way around the building I don't have any idea why he was comprehension was turned off bc I said it & it was a Spanish young guy but I asked for a salad even talked about the type of dressing I wanted & No salad but he put dressing in the bag I'm so frustrated right now 😡😡 And there was one car before us & that was all

I ordered I family Nugget meal from this location pick up time was around 8:15pm 2/20/25.

Food was great always is. Here is my problem with the manger on duty on this time. I asked for more sauce he said he could not give me anymore bc that is the app max is 6. I continue to ask so if I came to window for the same meal didn’t go through the app you would give me more? You do not have no posted signs saying 6 max limit on sauces. If that is the case for the app?! Then it needs to be the same across the board in my opinion and from a business standpoint. Mind you only wanted 4 more. Paid over $40 for everything. If giving someone more sauce is issue than it needs to be sign stating the max requirement for a meal. Food was delicious but the sauce policy needs better understanding for customers.

DO NOT DO MOBILE ORDER HERE. They will ALWAYS forget to put the sauces in the bag. I ordered mobile order twice and realized when I got home they did not put sauce in the bag. BOTH times. such an inconvenience being that i cannot eat it without sauce. PLEASE START PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH MOBILE AND UBER EATS ORDERS.

My wife and I ordered spicy grilled chicken deluxe and it was not fully cooked and we needed to dump the whole thing after the first bite! Now we are so sick, Chick-fil-A has never been such a disappointment to us! Never try this location again!

I can applaud the customer service that Ms. Kendra gives each time I visit this location. However, Veronica & a couple of other young ladies are incompetent when it comes to taking orders in the drive-thru; they are so concerned about trying to move people so quickly through the line and cut them off as their speaking that they don’t even take the time to ensure the order is correct! I’ve had at least 3 issues (if not more) with my breakfast orders whenever one of them takes my order. I’m no longer interested in spending money at this location.

I do ubereays all the time this is my first time on the area and the mix manager with the curly hair that was on shift at 1pm Jan 11 was so rude all I asked was cam he see my order on my phone from my car cause my phone was dieing even tho he had 5 other works out he's not doing anything but standing there can he please just look so my order does be cold or late he said no I said that's rude my car was only 2ftfrom the windows then he told me I could park there like they have a bigger driveways by the way there's no inside very rude worst chic fil la I ever came to would not come back

They forgot all of my sauce and when I called about it nobody picked up. Sauce is 40% of the reason you go to CFA, and service is another 40%. what a joke.

Service and consistency are slipping here. Double check your drive thru order every time - they’re missing it 50% of the time. A sad state of affairs when you can’t count on Chick-fil-A to get it right. Disappointed, again.
