**DO NOT*** place a mobile order here. On multiple occasions I have placed an order, had my bank account charged and then been told there is no order in the system. BOTH times they said the charge was still processing in my account and would be removed…that never happened the first time so I doubt it will this time. Just donated money to chick fil a TWICE and BOTH TIMES they basically told me I’m outta luck. DO. NOT. MOBILE. ORDER.

I ordered here multiple times while in town. It can get quite busy after work, but they do a really good job with moving the line forward and getting you through the drive-thru. No issues. The young adults were very professional. Quite impressed.

I found three strands of hair in my spice chicken sandwich and when I called the person she had a really nasty attitude like I was bothering her by calling them. I also asked for a large macaroni and cheese, she stated that none of the chick-fil-A have a large size. Never again will I spend money at that place.

They got my order wrong, wrong size drink, missing straw, cold food... not a good Chick-fil-A location. The most frustrating part is I told them the order wasn’t correct at the window and they argued with me lol and wouldn’t give me a receipt. I just said forget it and paid for something I didn’t get. Better to go to a different location.
I wouldn’t EAT AT THIS LOCATION AT ALL! I just left this location on 2/7/24 around 930 and I ordered nuggets and a CFA sandwich meal. I asked for fresh food and everything was good except the nuggets. So I asked for them fresh and when I was about to get my nuggets the associate Landon picked up a roach trap and leadership Katie fanned him like “put it down” the most nastiest thing EVER! I will NEVER EAT at CFA again ! I prefer super chix! They’re 10x better! CFA is out of hand for that HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!
