Essaa in the drive thru needs more training before she is left to her own devices. I asked for a 8 piece nugget and large hashbrown thats it. It look her like 5 minutes to find that and when she did finally find it she asked what my drink was and when I told her I didnt order a drink, she look confused and took another 5 minutes to ring it what I asked for. I then tried to tap to pay just for it to not work because she didnt have the right screen up for me to pay. I get my food only to see she completely ringed in the wrong things. I usually have great experiences at this location but my morning has been inconvenienced because of this. Exactly 10 minutes to order 2 of the simplest things on the menu just for it to be wrong anyway :)

Review them on the quality and taste of your meal, the service, cleanliness etc etc. leaving a 2 star review saying food fine but traffic is this and that isn’t right}}
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A, always consistent with food tasting great✔️ , it’s always a clean✔️, friendly staff✔️, and welcoming environment✔️ ..... I can’t brag enough on the staff, they’re amazing every single day (even days where they’ve might have had a hard/long night/ didn’t sleep they never bring anything but their best to work). My boyfriend and I go thru the drivethru every morning for his hash brown bowl:) he gets the sausage bowl (add bacon, no salsa, 2 ketchups) and it’s always correct, fresh and tastes great. Other places put theirs together a lil differently bc he won’t order it anywhere but here... :) Boyce is wonderful. The whole drivethru crew is great! Every part of this Chick-fil-A is on point. So anytime we’ve ever needed anything special/specific they will always come thru. Now around lunchtime (and most mornings) this place can get PACKED full so if you encounter a line, don’t always panic... it’s never as bad as it looks, the crew that’s outside taking orders gets the lines thru much quicker and the system they have is very efficient and gets people thru quickly. Only issue I have with this Chick-fil-A is I wish it was BIGGER lol, and sometimes it’s very hard to turn into if your coming from downtown, making the left into there can be tricky and sometimes you just have to be patient :) Chick-fil-As are owned by different owners and run differently, I love how this one operates and it seems everyone is happy 😃here (which you can tell when workers are hating life at other jobs).

This location was rebuilt. It's still in an awkward place, but it serves a purpose. There's no inside lobby, but if you need to use the restroom, there's a door for that. You order on the outside (like Cookout; iykyk) or drive thru.

I had a mobile order and gave the young lady my name and she gave me my order (she was so sweet). But then a manager scolded her in Spanish about her not seeing my phone to confirm the order was mine. So glad I’m bi-lingual. He was a jerk to her and I didn’t deserve to be profiled.
Appreciate the free meal and drink cards! Everything was great. I have worked in the area a long time and can remember other times these coupons have been distributed. Always a treat! I will be back!

As always the service was great. My son was pleased with his chicken biscuit, I like the hashbrowns, but anything outside of the chicken as entrées are just disappointing. I ordered the bacon. Burrito because I had the bacon muffin last time and was disappointed. Same with the burrito it just lacked filling. Add sour cream as well as cheese and this burrito could be 3x better, instead it just left me wanting a better breakfast.
