Had a promo for a free CFA delivery and tossed out my five minute travels and three minutes in line for the convenience of a FREE delivery. Upon checkout, through doordash, it became apparent I wasn't getting my free delivery at checkout. Instead, I received over $10 in fees on a $30 order, plus tip, making one meal and one entree a nearly $50 order. This order did not populate through the doordash app and instead required me to enter my info. I made sure to select FTF delivery as it is cold out. No updates, no knock, just our $50 in sandwiches sitting in the cold for over 6 minutes before being noticed at which point were stone cold. I called CFA support to voice my concern and mainly leave a review to no avail. (order still not populating to DD app) Instead I was directed to a DD third party who called me a liar and said it was a leave on door delivery. She reaffirmed that she had double checked this before I could even rebuttal the point. It’s almost like I was being fed a script.
Moreover, either offer CFA delivery through the CFA app or don’t offer it at all. This experience nearly pries me away from a lifelong relationship with CFA - if only I would've just driven myself….
Finally, we didn't get a straw!? Do better, please.

Just got food poison front this locations. With Helicobacter pylori. No good for just a chicken grill with lettuce 😔. When to a doctor now I'm taking 3 different antibiotics.

This is my first google review. I've been to this location a handful of times. Each time items have been missing whether it's straws or sauces. I went through the drive through not long ago and grabbed my drink and bag of food and went on my way. There was no ice in my drink, and the lid wasn't secure so my drink went all over my lap and car. When I looked in the bag none of my sauces were there, nor a straw. I wouldn't review but each time I've been to this location something happens. The staff are very kind though.

I keep trying to give Chic-fil-a another chance but every time I go to one the drive through takes forever now and the chicken just doesn’t taste good. I got Minis and ate two then just ate the bread. Idk what’s going on but the chicken has a poor taste and has a lot of cartilage. The prices aren’t going down but the quality is? :( also the new online order system where you scan the code and have to get in your own separate line kind of defeats the purpose of ordering “ahead”

The last time I ordered breakfast I found a piece of hair in my minis & none of the condiments I asked for were in my bag. I called the customer service number & was told that someone from the actual store would contact me in 1-3 days. Someone from the store called me the following week. I honestly had forgotten all about the call I was supposed to receive.

“Rewards” were uploaded to my account so I went to use them this morning. I haven’t even had a chance to try my meal yet. I took one sip of my water & LITERALLY spit it out because I have no idea what’s in it but it’s definitely NOT supposed to taste like that. This will definitely be my last time ordering from this location.

Not the best chic fil a regarding service and ease of ordering and getting food. Today our order was wrong, all sauces were incorrect, and they made me take part my daughter’s kids meal to take out the wrong item which they should’ve just given us the missing food. Other than that it’s pretty average.
