So I just literally walked away from this chick-fil-a location at the South Park Mall. I was told they were closed. When I was just standing behind a white woman that just was handed a refill of a cup of tea. It’s well after 10:15am the time that they are supposed to be open. Then that same cashier that have that white woman a refill told me that they was closed. This Black Man will never spend a dime at this South Park Mall Chick-fil-a location ever again.

I was made to pay for drinks for a door dash because they didn't properly seal the drink tray. The manager claimed she remade a order three times or something, idk what she was implying but I flat out paid for the drinks out my pocket.. because I truly wasn't in the mood, and didn't want this to effect my own rating on doordash. Do better.

Extremely Disappointed with Chick-fil-A
This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. The employee named Lindsay was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We paid for our full order, yet our drinks were never given to us. When we politely tried to ask about it, she spoke to us with a harsh, dismissive, and aggressive tone. As tourists with limited English, we felt completely disrespected and powerless in that situation.
It is unacceptable for a company known for hospitality to allow staff to treat customers this way. We left feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and cheated out of what we paid for. If Chick-fil-A continues to employ people with such poor attitudes toward customers, they will quickly lose the trust and loyalty of visitors and locals alike.

I went to this location on Sat and the fries were so bad that they looked yuk; not edible. The strips taste like the oil they were fried in was very old. So disappointing

My food was cold and when I came back for ice cream idk if y’all just put milk in the ice cream machine but when I got it , my ice cream was milky and the cone was Steel. Over all service was nice.
Not up to par with a standard chic filet - owner hire more people: franchise get on this one to do better, just bc youre in a mall doesn't mean it should be under staffed and providing a sub par chic filet experience...

This is the first time where they would not substitute the drink (that by the way comes with the meal) to a bottled water. They want to charge me separately for the water which makes no sense since a drink is included with the meal… got a side eye by employee when I asked why not, lol. They had no apparent reason just did not want to replace it.

This is by far one of the worst locations for Chick-fil-A. They are extremely disorganized, rude, unwelcoming and not clean. We came in to grab some quick lunch while doing some weekend shopping. We placed our order after being in line for a long time. After 25 minutes we got our food. We ordered lemonades and got them spoiled, fermented. I went back to request to get something else to drink… the lady behind the desk didn’t even say a word. She did give me another drink but there was no apology, she didn’t go to check the lemonade or to remove it, she just went about her day. Disgusting. Few hours later my wife got stomach discomfort and felt sick. I suspect it was because of the lemonade as she took the most sips before realizing how awful it was.
I guess because it’s at a mall, nobody cares about this place and running it as any other Chick-fil-A. But being one of the more luxurious malls in the area you’d think it wouldn’t be like that.
I brought my grandpa to his 94th birthday he loves this restaurant but they didn't give him a treat I'm so disappointed I don't think we'll be going to this chain of restaurants I didn't expect people like that give him cookies and say happy birthday what could be easier horrible people
