If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is completely unorganized. I don’t know what management is doing, but they’re obviously not managing. Literally stood there for a half hour trying to pick up an order that I was told was already picked up, but obviously it wasn’t. Watch the staff run around chat with each other give out orders the wrong people. The they have orders sit there with the people waiting for them. It was just awful not only that but when management did come over, She was accusatory and rude. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. Its worth the drive to just go to an actual Chick-fil-A that upholds to standards.

This is the absolute rudest and worst chick Fil a’s I’ve ever been to. I walk at southpark and it is never opened on time …. Not even for an iced tea. Today I went at 10:16 and thought they would be open …. And they said it would be 10:20….. even for a drink…. 4 people standing around doing nothing. The worst customer services I’ve ever seen in any fast food restaurant!!!!!

I took my dad to lunch yesterday (July10, 2024) and we were greeted with a young man, but the problem was I explained the Oder 3 times to him, but somehow when the order came out I no sauce and missing a full large fry that I asked for and no straw. I went back to the counter to ask for the straw there was a young lady that told me that I couldn’t have one I looked at her confused so I shifted over two workers which they were “nicer” about it but I’ve never been to a chickfla in my life that’s treated customers so horribly, but anyone that’s looking for an amazing location/locations Park Road and Cotswold are the best in the charlotte area, so don’t waste your time and money on a horrible location like South Park locations.
In the Southpark food court. Very busy, but CFA associates were on top of it. Food was their norm, excellent. Rate down on atmosphere because a food court has none. The court is fairly convenient to parking though instead of being stuck in the middle of the mall like it once was.

Fast and convenient, nothing particularly special about this spot, just amazing service and delicious food!
Food was ok. Service was awful. I ordered on the app ahead of time within the mall. Got to the pickup area. My order said “complete” on the app. My name was called so I went to pick up my food. Was told my order was for another person with the same name. So I waited. And waited. And waited. My name was called again. But It was the wrong order and belonged to the other person with my name (who got my order). The pick up lines kept getting longer and only one person was handling pick ups. The Manager of this store needs to seriously get their act together. I’d expect this at any other place, but not from Chick-fil A. This is the worst location for any of their franchises. I’ve experience stuff like this here before.
