Went to chick-fil-a at the charlotte airport and ordered the number 1 meal. I heard them call out someone’s name and stating with nothing on it. Not long afterwards I heard my name , I went over and there was only 1 bag with my name , but when I got to my departure gate, I found that my chicken was a dark brown and over cooked, but with absolutely nothing but the chicken and a bun. I was too far away from their counter ( and far too tired ) to go all the way back to complain …I was so disappointed in the lack of proper service and the overcooked sandwich. Don’t go there unless you don’t really care what they give you.

Chick fil a is great. Good airport food. The lines are bad and the system of going back for a fork, or sauce is terrible to navigate. The need to have stuff out for customers. I had to go back separately 3 times as I didn’t receive the correct drink, a fork, or sauces. Good food though!

I don't normally go to places like CFA and definitely not at an airport yet there I was on hour 8 of interminable delays needing to eat a little something. The line at CFA was quite long but it was the only appealing option so I waited it out. The wait was not bad given the line and the customer service was what you would expect. My salad was packed with meat, a full meals worth and was only $11. A salad like that at any other airport food place would have been $20.
