I’m a loyal eater at chic fil a but by far this is the nastiest chic fil a I’ve ever entered. The chic fil a brand is being tarnished by this restaurant.Tables unclean. One Trash can not working and the other one was overflowing with trash. The floor was slippery and trash and food on it.I still love chic fil a but not this particular restaurant.

Good food, good atmosphere, great cashier. First line manager and cleaning staff needs a bit more training in customer care. They swept around us . Ok. Then they came right near us while we’re eating. As dust particles flew, we asked if they would like us to move. The elder lady got upset and manager agreed that she should sweep while we eat. ??♀️ When I approached the manager his retort was “do you want to eat in a dirty place?”??♀️ Of course we don’t but we also didn’t come to purchase dust fries and dust chicken. Stop sweeping right near customers when they are dining in. First bad experience reported on fast food in a while. I’ve actually been reporting more compliments lately since I’m happy to be in stores again!

Both lines were long they were 5 employee outside only 2 taking orders from the same side the other 3 employee s were playing around when I got under the bay it was 3 employees standing there I asked if anyone was going to take my order the one worker I believe her name was done like Rochelle roshawn very disrespectful very unprofessional pointed at the other girl and said she was going to take my order I was so disappointed when I got around to the window I demanded to see a manager which I did I spoke with Heidi explained what happened and she said it wasn't tolerated the kids do not learn that in training I told her maybe the kid needs to go back to training or try a different job because I kno that type of nonesense isn't tolerated at chik fila I've since had chik fila but I went to another store that's further from my home because I didn't want to give my service or hard working money to that location

This is a very good Chick-Fil-A. They have spicy chicken and chicken tenders that are more flavorful that the basic. I have never gotten a meal where the chicken or fries has been cooked in oil that is old or burnt. Any time I have said anything about an issue, such as having a gotten the wrong shake and missing something. Happens very few times, but always is corrected promptly.

We Were in the drive thru line when we were holding up the line line. One of the Employees said go to the window to get our orders! When we got there one of the employees dropped the money that the cashier gave him to give to our Group Home Manger! We will not come to this chick-Fil-a Again!

Incompetent workers. Normally my chic fil a visits are superb. At this location, I was skipped over while in line...I was only noticed when the line started backing up because I didn't move forward to drive up to pay because my order still hadn't been taken.I get to the window speak to the manager and she offers a free cookie for a $16 order to make amends. I receive my order and a drink is missing. An associate tells me that other drink hadn't been added to my order and she asks did I want to pay.Are you serious? This is the 2nd screw up you all have made today and you are going to nickle and dime me for a drink ...that should have been on the order in the first place. This is the sorriest chick fil a I've been to. I wont be back!
