They gave someone my food, the customer walks outside with the box, then brings it back in. I didn't want it and ask that my food be remade. The cook tried to act like he did, but he just took the food off the counter and put it back up like i wasn't watching him. I asked if he could show me the old salad and he couldn't. I decided right there I'll Never Spend One Coin In This Dump EVER‼️This was a year ago to date and I've not bought food here since. You can't play in everybodies face .. Owners hard to track down ..

1st time here, dined in customer service was nice was greeted upon entering, got the chicken gizzard platter it was fresh, hot and delicious ? they give u a lot of food too...Definitely enjoyed my meal & service!!!

I called in today. I was hung up on twice. I got out the car. I went in and called. I watched her pick the phone up and just hold it for about 5 seconds then she hung up. Ii got to the counter and told her about the first two calls. She stated that she answered and couldn't hear me. Then I told her the 3 call was me also. I told her that, I saw that she didn't put her ear to the phone and that she just hung up. She rolled her eyes. I got something they couldn't mess up 2 hotdogs and fries. It was average. It happened on 23,Oct.24 at 16:30. I use it be a regular customer. Never no more.

The food was poorly prepared and lacked flavor. The front staff was unfriendly, and to make matters worse, I saw a roach on my way out. I was also supposed to receive oysters, but they weren't included in my order. I was only informed they were out after the fact, which should have been communicated upfront, ideally with a posted sign. The menu also lists items that aren't actually available, which added to my disappointment. I won't be returning.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This was my first time ever going and my absolute last! I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service as soon as I walked in. The place did not smell appealing I should have took that as a sign right then and there . The lady at the register didn’t even greet or speak waited for me to tell her what I wanted which is unprofessional!! The chicken looked like steroid not regular authentic chicken and on top of that it had black stuff and it looked slimey I have NEVER had chicken that looked like that I was so disappointed and hurt cause I was soooo hungry for it but don’t do it it ain’t worth it I swear save yo lil money. When I called back up there the girl said “hey “ like WHATTTT am I calling your phone or the restaurant im confused on the professionalism but yeah don’t waste your time go to chicken box there as closed on Monday so that’s why chicken king was my second option never my first !!!

Never again will I spend a dime at Chicken King on Sugar Creek. Paid $13.00 for a Perch Fish plate. Open box ready to enjoy, right? There were 5 pieces pinky finger size fish. And they were not thick piece. They were "pinky finger sizes flat pieces of Perch fish "? After more than 5 years being "Faithful Friday " buying fish at Chicken King on Sugar Creek, I will no day again spend a dime there.
