I ordered food for take out after leaving my brothers shop next door, and ordered my share ride to pick me up from the restaurant. The owner older gentlemen refused to serve me until my Lyft driver moved his car from a space. I advised my driver to move his car, but he did not move. The owner again stated he was not giving me my food until another man (Lyft driver) I don’t even know moves his vehicle. He finally gave me my food after yelling at me in front of customers in line behind me and then he threw the food on the counter, and gave me no condiments, no silverware, and yelled at me to get my food and leave. Family, friends, customers, usually frequent this restaurant daily, but after this experience that will cease!

There was a 50 cent charge on my bill for pickle but I hadn't ordered pickle so I asked the guy who rung up my order why was I charged for pickles when I hadn't asked for them,he then said it was for the onions I had asked for,no other chicken king charge for onions so I said that to him and he rudely replied that this is the chicken king on Bradford and not the others,so if they charge for onion why isn't there a key on the register for onion,he had a very bad attitude and very poor customer service,I won't patronize that location again.

Lady cooking had no hair net nor the people back in forth boxing and bagging food. Operated by Latin/Mexican..No, accountability No, apologies. Never encountered this problem when the owner was Greek.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Ordered a fried chicken salad with no tomatoes or olives and instead they gave me a grilled chicken salad with everything in it! I called to let them know they had completely messed up my order. Still had the salad, pictures & videos of it being messed up and they told me they would refund me just for me to drive all the way up there and they said they not giving me a refund because the grilled salad costs more then the fried chicken salad! They refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and it’s pathetic!. They need to do better as a business. Completely unprofessional and nasty attitudes from the cashier down to the cooks.. will not be returning here.
