We’ve always loved the chicken salad but, sadly, today we had the most bizarre experience and are now fearful of health code violations. We online pre ordered a couple Quick Chicks /1lb containers of chicken salad. The confirmation said “will be ready by 1:30pm”. We arrived at 4:30pm to pick up, and were instead directed to find them over at the wire rack in the corner of the store. We could only assume they had been sitting there for 3 hours! The crazier thing is that the self serve fridge cooler that typically houses these containers was completely empty! What restaurant would instead choose to place containers of chicken salad out at room temperature as standard practice? Makes me question their health code practices. We didn’t feel comfortable eating these containers due to this reason and had to throw them away.

Wow wow wow! Phenomenal. Get the sandwich with toasted bread you won’t regret it!!!

We love Chicken Salad Chick and have been to multiple locations, but most recently came back to this one as our closest one is temporarily closed.Chicken Salad Favorites:Sassy Scotty - ranch, bacon and cheeseBuffalo Barclay - ranch and buffalo saucePam's Parmesan Caesar - this is a seasonal, but it really should be permanent as Caesar goes amazing in chicken salad. This is my ultimate favorite.Other Chicken Salads we like from time to time:Olivia's Old South - egg and picklesFancy Nancy - apples, grapes, and pecansKickin Kay Lynne - buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, cheese, jalapenos, and srirachaSandwiches:Turkey Club - this is a great alternative if you do not want chicken salad.Turkey Pesto - My husband's favorite, but it is not currently on the menu.Chicken Salad BLT - pick your favorite chicken salad for a great sandwich!Sides:Broccoli Salad - only issue with this is it is inconsistently made. Sometimes it is very runny, which then soaks a sandwich if you get a takeout order (which happened this last time).Drinks:Strawberry Lemonade - sweet and refreshingDesserts:Iced Cookies - haven't tried any desserts other than the included iced cookies, but they are so good!Definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick for a great lunch option. Get the large quick chicks of chicken salad to go for lunches throughout the week!

Had a small catering order. Staff were great from taking the order to helping getting all to car.Food was good, really good. My family enjoyed the different varieties and we all had our fill.
I tried the Kicker Kay Lynne and idk who she is but thank you Kay Lynne. Nice spice level and great flavor. Don't sleep on the broccoli salad either! 10/10 never disappoints
1st time customer here. I always wanted to try the chicken salad and I will be back! It was fresh. pleasantly displayed in a container and perfectly seasoned :). Purchased the baked potato soup and the pimento cheese too & I was not disappointed.
