I wanted some soup so I went to get potato soup no bacon it was more like cheesy water soup very bland and paired with them wheat crackers 🤮 the cake was ight

Great light meal for the money. Portions are perfect and you get a good value for the price. Sandwich, pickle, side, drink and a small cookie for about $12.

Usually love these spots because they’re consistently good but this location is horrible. I ordered a bacon cheddar melt and didn’t get any bacon , only half a top bun and didn’t get my side of Mac and cheese. I should’ve known because the service was horrible and at first when I only noticed the Mac and cheese was missing and asked for it they already seemed annoyed even though I watched them double check the order. Wouldn’t bother coming back to this location.

Love this place the best chicken salad around

I stopped in to get my birthday reward for a meal. It didn't come with a drink, really? A drink is going to break the bank, but I get it. This is the period of same price for less. Anyway, I didn't sweat it. I decided to splurge and buy a slice of rhe white chocolate cake. At $6 for a slice it is definitely an every once in awhile item. For a few dollars more I can get a whole cake. The chicken salad was on point as always. I got the Carol one of the classics. When it came to the cake. I instantly knew it was stale. It was dry and crumbly. I would've expected a discount if it's more than 3 days old. Which it clearly was. The next time I'll ask for a slice from the back, instead of the counter.

I order here often maybe once every week or two I went in after ordering online. I inquired stating I had recently ordered — has it been received. I was told no. I sat and watched a few other customers come in. I waited. A gentleman came in and requested salad not from the case. In a regular tone he was specific in his request. Well Jack the cashier said .. it’s the same from the case.
The customer spoke up and said (What, I can’t get what I want)? Jack placed the order. The customer was clearly bothered by this interaction as he sat for a few minutes to wait.
This could have been avoided by not questioning the customer and simply providing excellent service.
Meanwhile I am waiting to still be helped. At this point there were no customers and he did nothing to help me. The nice guy in the kitchen came out and said you have been waiting. Can I help. I pulled up the order and showed him. He immediately attempt to get the order however I ordered something on the front counter. I explained the picture was tiny. Jack was asked to prepare my order. Jack proceeded to say. Wait let me see your receipt and come from the counter and leans into see my phone. Jack says yes because one item cost more.
I do not know what Jack is accustom to but Jack really needs more training. I think I’ll try the location a little further away next time. The only nice thing I can share is that Jack washed his hands.

Great location. I think with the food, you generally know what you are getting. I'm off the belief that it all comes in premade, so it always tastes the same. Which is delicious, but my point is that the service here was exceptional. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. That really sets places apart sometimes. As always, I recommend the one with the fruit and nuts! 😂

Very cute little restaurant lovely decor. So I hate to give it a 2 for atmosphere but it wasn't the restaurant it was the cook. He had a very nasty attitude he was rolling his eyes at us and obviously mouthing something. Older black guy brown skin short hair cut. Idk what made him mad but it was visible. He slung our food on the counter and continued to roll his eyes at me and my niece FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. Even when I saw him giving us ugly looks I asked the cashier was he ok and she just looked at me and stayed silent. Other than the obviously upset black guy in the back the food was delicious. I think next time we will just DOOR DASH our food to avoid the cook 🤣

Chicken Salad Chick is my go to when I want something quick and light. They never disappoint, as I can always count on fast & friendly service and delicious food. This time, I got the pimento cheese sandwich, with a fresh, soft, and flaky croissant. 2 sides: grape salad - sweet n juicy grapes with brown sugar n pecan pieces, and broccoli salad - fresh, crisp broccoli and bacon crumbles. All this accompanied by a pickle and sugar cookie with frosting. Wash it down with a refreshing pink lemonade. Perfect meal for lunch or dinner.. 👌🏽

I have always liked this place, but Friday was so excellent I had to review!
I had a recent experience with another food establishment that would not make my mobile order until the exact time their computer told them they could, and I had made an error... and it was awful.
The reason that is relevant, Friday I got to chicken salad chick almost 20 mins earlier than the time I put for pickup, I had expected to leave work later.
Not only did they acknowledge me right away, they immediately said it was no problem, gave me my drink while waiting. And made my order ASAP.
1. It was delicious and 2. The customer service was great. It was in stark contrast to what had happened to me earlier that week somewhere else and I wanted to say I appreciate them!!

Thanks for the great customer service (as always, there has not been a single time I haven't felt like they were nice). And thanks for the yummy food!

I got no greeting and no eye contact, the wait staff walked by me put my to go order on shelf I asked about my drink but no answer, no eye contact, I asked about a cup, said cup in bag. Kind of a bad attitude I think. Not busy. Just typical lazy. SMH.

I was in the area and decided to stop here for a quick lunch which definitely exceeded my expectations. The website was super easy to order online and my order was ready within 6 minutes. This joint is great for light lunches and there was nothing on the menu I wouldn't ever order. I will for sure visit in the future ☺️✨
