Chicken Salad Chick

I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad on a croissant. I love it. And the mac and cheese is good. Pasta salad is better. Good value.

Chicken Salad Chick is my go to when I want something quick and light. They never disappoint, as I can always count on fast & friendly service and delicious food. This time, I got the pimento cheese sandwich, with a fresh, soft, and flaky croissant. 2 sides: grape salad - sweet n juicy grapes with brown sugar n pecan pieces, and broccoli salad - fresh, crisp broccoli and bacon crumbles. All this accompanied by a pickle and sugar cookie with frosting. Wash it down with a refreshing pink lemonade. Perfect meal for lunch or dinner.. 👌🏽

I have always liked this place, but Friday was so excellent I had to review!
I had a recent experience with another food establishment that would not make my mobile order until the exact time their computer told them they could, and I had made an error... and it was awful.
The reason that is relevant, Friday I got to chicken salad chick almost 20 mins earlier than the time I put for pickup, I had expected to leave work later.
Not only did they acknowledge me right away, they immediately said it was no problem, gave me my drink while waiting. And made my order ASAP.
1. It was delicious and 2. The customer service was great. It was in stark contrast to what had happened to me earlier that week somewhere else and I wanted to say I appreciate them!!

Thanks for the great customer service (as always, there has not been a single time I haven't felt like they were nice). And thanks for the yummy food!

I got no greeting and no eye contact, the wait staff walked by me put my to go order on shelf I asked about my drink but no answer, no eye contact, I asked about a cup, said cup in bag. Kind of a bad attitude I think. Not busy. Just typical lazy. SMH.

I was in the area and decided to stop here for a quick lunch which definitely exceeded my expectations. The website was super easy to order online and my order was ready within 6 minutes. This joint is great for light lunches and there was nothing on the menu I wouldn't ever order. I will for sure visit in the future ☺️✨

After moving to Charlotte and finding out, there's a Chicken Salad Chick, that made everything better.

This was my first time visiting this chain as had just moved to Charlotte. The cashier was very friendly; however, the person who brought me the food basically dropped the tray on my table rudely. Then my salad had a lot of rotten lettuce. The portion and the rotten lettuce vs the amount they charged were unjustified. I will not be visiting this chain again.

So delicious when your tired of burgers and fries

The food is ok minimal seasons nothing to heavy which is really needed in our society . it fills you up with the portions without bloating . I had the spicy sandwich.

Stopped by recently for some lunch to go. We ordered the Barbie Q and the Jalapeno Holly both as a combo. We love the fruit salad that comes with each meal and our order was prepared quickly during the busy lunch hour. Great experience!
