So apparently they ran out of cheese and therefore can't make anything that requires shredded cheese like the quesadillas I wanted or the fajitas that my brother-in-law ordered šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøsmdh...how do you run out of cheese at a place like this?? I'll update at the end how the food was.

Who gets cut off from chillis? Applebees would never. Went to Chili’s for a late night dinner and some drinks after a really bad day- wouldn’t suggest that. Jeremiah will make sure you don’t get more than 2 drinks and not bring your last round. He’ll even take his time bringing you boxes. The food is overrated and not worth the price. Would not suggest this place ever

Food was blah most of the food was cold or unappetizing the chicken was good but thats about it the tortillas were definitely not fresh already started to get crispy around the edges the carry out person was professional but not super cheery or warm but that could just be cause she was tired but who knows im more concerned with the disappointing food oh got the chicken fajitas

I decided to go to Chilis since I’m staying in the hotel next door. First night I went and got seated immediately but no one came to give me silverware or drinks for about 20 mins. A gentleman saw me sitting alone and came and asked me if I had been helped and I told him no. He expressed genuine concern and apologized, comped a portion of my meal/drinks and I left him a great tip for his service. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was an amazing employee. Tonight I decided to DoorDash my order because it’s gotten a little late BUT I received my order with no fries and the wrong tenders. I called the restaurant just to be told YES they did forget my fries and they asked if I could come and get them 😐. I walked over to the restaurant, about a 5-10 min walk, and they gave me fries and the right tenders. My issue is with the management AND the hostess up front. She was the host both night and while customers are needing attention, she’s in the far right corner of the restaurant eating food and chatting with her associates who obviously are young and could use her guidance that she isn’t giving. This is not the time nor the place but I wouldn’t even give 2 FISH KNUCKLES about that if my food would’ve been correct. As far as the management, please do better, this is all I can ask of you. Please people do better. WE are already the butt of continuous jokes and you’re feeding right into the insanity. Please, please.. do better…. For US!

Ugh, unfortunately I am disappointed but I am willing to come back for the sake of my dine in experience with the server I had.

For context.. I got the egg rolls and trio fajita the first night and honey chipotle tenders and double fries second night.

The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly(a very fatty cut but that’s of no consequence to the cook), which is all the managers seemed to care about. My asparagus came out burnt and my rice was cold and crunchy. When the manager came and I told him of the issues, he admitted that he had received several complaints of the asparagus and the rice. I asked for macaroni and cheese instead, and when the manager brought it to me, he said that he didn’t know why the portion was so small, but I never even mentioned it so he knew that it was not right. He could have comped a portion of the meal but he didn’t. I paid full price.. very dissatisfied with my $46 spent in their establishment. Darren the server on the other hand was lovely.

Food was okay, suspect it would be a touch better if the service was better. Everyone super nice but absolutely no sense of urgency in this QSR. My server never brought me anything I ordered beside a drink, the kitchen had to bring it out themselves.

Don't tolerate mediocrity from your servers.

If you order take out dont sit and wait on the text to let you know it's ready. They'll leave it sitting on the counter . Been waiting for someone to give me my order for 10 min .20 min after it was supposed to be done

After visiting several Chilis in the area I may have found the last competent franchise in Charlotte. It felt good to finally be greeted and sat in a reasonable time. The waitress was kind and did overall a great job. So you don’t waste money on it please DO NOT get the espresso martini. It was an unpleasant mixture of crude oil and cat pee. Save ya dollars and get the skinny marg. As far as the food went it definitely beat my expectations. Steak was good and everything tasted fresh! I did ask for corn tortillas and got flour which since I’m gluten free did upset me but I didn’t need the extra calories anyways.

Really poor service, they never refilled our drinks and we waited over 45 minutes for our food. The meal was mid, and I had to bring it home and reheat it and add lots of sauce to make it taste better.

I've been to this place about 5-6 times, and tonight was the last! There is always a very extended wait whenever there are hardly no customers in the building, no matter if you come early, mid or late.

Tonight, I came in at 7:10PM, and I was really looking forward to having dinner here after work. The host sat me at a high-top in the bar with the menu, and I waited around at the table for 10 minutes before getting up and leaving.

No one spoke, no one said "we'll be right with you," and all of the staff were just doing their own little thing. The bartender looked like she was fixing one beverage, there was a lady with keys on her hip cleaning off a table, and another one just standing beside the kiosk right at the kitchen entry.

Avoid this location if you don't want any attitudes or problems. Nothing but divas and high-school drop-outs here. Go to the one in Northlake! Much better!!

The food was good as always, the service was ok (maybe busy for lunch or maybe she was new), and the atmosphere well it was ok except for the lady that kept on staring at us while we ate. Cheers! Hope you enjoyed the view.
