I love Chili's. The food was delicious, as unsual. The only issue was we waited about 40 minutes for simple dishes like burgers and fries. In their defense, the restaurant was jammed packed because it was a Saturday night. This location needs more staff for Saturday evening if they want to be able to handle the crowd.

Waited 15 minutes at the table, not one person came by my table no one even dropped off water. Most of the tables had not been cleared or cleaned. Horrible experience. Stay away, and whoever is the manager get your butt on the floor if your staff can’t handle its job and teach them how it’s done. Never have I seen a place this disorganized on a Monday evening. But hey at least the hostess was friendly

Not one server or manager came to our table to take our order. We were never greeted once we sat. Sat there about 15 minutes with our kids. Completely disappointed. I let the hostess know on our way out that we were never greeted and we’re leaving. She was sweet and professional.

Sat at the bar. My bartender Brian was friendly and helpful. I got the Southwestern Egg-rolls. They were awesome. Will get the egg rolls next time I visit Chili’s.

Didn’t package half of my to-go order that I ordered at the table while dining in for desert and drinks I’ve called twice requesting a refund, I still haven’t received one. I will be calling again and if I don’t receive a refund it will be disputing the charge.

When we tried to order, they were out of multiple items. Drinks took an eon to arrive. Not a single dinner napkin in the building - only bar drink napkins offered. And Dave had ordered the ribs!! No drink refills ever offered. George had to ask twice for salsa - and eventually was delivered 2 giant bowls 🤣 When we attempted to split up the bill using on-table digital device (the sure-fire way to “improve” this experience is to incorporate the Windows operating system!!!!) we found 2 extra beers on our tab that they were out of; were never delivered; never consumed…
Overall, great food!! I’d get the smash burger 🍔 any day - crispy, hot, flavor, salty, just a great burger! But the service was like watching a grand mal seizure: chaotic, unpredictable, and decidedly unpleasant.
UPDATE: they have since reached out to me, and got more information. Then they apologized, assured me this isn’t there standard, and gave me a $20 coupon on my next meal.

Had a work trip and went to chilis for lunch to watch the Patriots game. The Manager Destiny was attentive and made the experience well worth it. She spoke to every guest that entered and even when the restaurant filled she was personable and professional. Definitely made my layover a more positive experience. Her staff was also very welcoming and kept the guests happy. : DDD
