Sucked. Got overcharged. Got charged for a kiosk I didn't use. Slow service. Food was terrible. Never be back

Best Chili's I've been to in ages.

Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian and asked for a cheese quesadilla. It isn't on the menu but is available on request. She also loves their salads.

Our server Jordan, was excellent very very efficient and friendly. Food was delicious this is going to be my new chillis, because I've into multiple locations ans this is by far the best!!!!
Rib eye was exactly how I want it. We'll bring family again

My visit here was amazing with my family, we had a great time and the service and food was amazing as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good spot for any occasion.

Everything was fine and the food was good I only have one complaint. Its seems as for the appetizers that they were already made before we ordered them which I can see as a proactive positive but it has one downfall. They came out quick but they were not hot hot and warm which would make them that much better since sometimes taste doesn’t solely complete the dish . The main food was hot and perfect. Even I was surprised at the size of my burger!

Plenty of free parking and the wait time was not outrageous.

8/10 visit. Would go again.

Wings were so dry almost inedible. Only got one southwestern eggroll and it was old and dried out. Everything that came with sauce was drenched in it. Worst food I have ever had from Chilis.

Chili’s has declined in food quality and service and unfortunately it doesn’t matter if you go to Pineville, Ballantyne or University the food it just not good anymore. I ordered a triple dipper no ranch on the sliders not only did it have ranch but the burgers were burnt and dried out. Pasta is horrible and the food seems to always ned to be reheated. Total order was over $60 definitely my last straw clearly they just can’t get it right

dont order steak from here. the cooks cant tell the difference or are unable to cook a steak at the preferred temperature of the guest. i ordered a medium well Ribeye..
and got an overcooked rubber porkchop texture steak
