Food has gone downhill over the past few years. Really longer than that. I remember working for them in the 90's when the food was excellent. Those days are long gone unfortunately. No amount of great service and atmosphere can make up for a lackluster meal.

Our server was very friendly and super attentive. We ordered cheese sticks and bar cocktails 🍸. Our cheese sticks reached our table before we could sanitize our hands. I did not expect the appetizer to arrive so quickly, but i already knew that,that meant that they were super cold. We did not want free food or discounted food, and we were super hungry, so we tried them anyway, and we were super disappointed.

Service, terrible. Waited 1.5 hours for food. Our waitress forgot several things that we ordered & then added it to our check after we said something, no big deal. But she blamed it on the kitchen. Asked for refills.. it took 30 dang minutes. Also, not just us but other people said their soda machines needed to be changed.. the food was almost terrible. My mashed potatoes were COLD & our appetizer came out 10 mins before our food. $100 for absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately, there is not much to offer by rating food or drinks, not taking away any of the good things people have said, but I've never been led to a table and had a hostess walk off and drop menus on a table without even seating us. This is unacceptable for any hospitality industry. The service wasn't even a 1.
Exceptionally poor attitude and disposition from the front of house, we walked right back out and didnt even bother to look at a menu. We won't recommend.

Out of all the chill’s I have been to, this was the worst one out of them all, because when my family went in, it looked like it was going to be great, when we got to our table they gave us free chips with salsa, then we ordered our food and it took like 20 minutes just for the food to come. After those 20 minutes they gave us our food then they literally just forgot our entire order, overall the food was good the service was very very bad, so yeah.

The ribs, quesadillas, and sausage were all over cooked and cold. Ribs were burnt. Biscuit quesadillas were very fatty and cold. Server seemed annoyed. She was cordial but I can't say she was friendly and welcoming.

This place is a joke. This was our 2nd attempt/visit Wednesday night Dec 18th, server saw us but never acknowledged us. She ran to the back and never came back out. We waited about 10mins.
1st visit we went back in August around 6pm again a Wednesday. Maybe 5 tables again. Took about 10mins to be greeted only to be told they were short staffed and ticket times were going to be long. We left.
We love Chili's. Our Chili's in Hickory is amazing. After a day at Carowinds all we wanted was a nice meal. I don't know how this place is still open. Staff is not friendly.

We have been to this particular restaurant twice in the past 2 months and both times left after not being seated, with no wait, for over 10 minutes. Multiple employees saw us waiting and ignored us. Terrible service, not even a "be right with you". This place doesn't deserve your patronage.
