Typically we like this Chili's. Good food and nice wait staff. But this visit was not so good. We were sat promptly but apparently they sat 3 tables back to back for this waiter. He nvwr came by our table. After 15 mins of watching him help 2 other tables and never acknowledge us we left.

Terrible service, no one attended to me, I was waiting more than 10 minutes at the entrance and no one received me. Fatal, very disappointed. The truth is, I never thought that racism still exists and I just experienced it in Charlotte NC at this Chilis on S Tryon.

Best Chili’s I’ve been to great customer service and food was great too. My server Logan was excellent made the best drinks too and the hostess that sat me and my family down was really nice too.

Four of us went in for dinner and not even one of us had our food come out correct. We had overcooked food and undercooked food, as well as incomplete meal prep, missing items, and overall it was a terrible experience. That was after waiting almost 40 minutes for our food! The manager did take a chunk off of the bill and they offered us a single free desert to share between the four of us. On top of all that the manager was standing in front of my child with his fly down. Avoid this location. Service, and food…terrible.

After ordering my food, my drink, salad and food all showed up at the same time. I asked for no onions on salad, there was onions. Didn't get correct dressing, and no one checked on me or asked if I wanted another drink, dessert or anything. Highly recommend go elsewhere. I'm here all week for work and this would have been my go to place, but not now. Service is extremely poor.
