The person who handed me my order threw it at me and the triple dipper was incomplete. The mozzarella sticks and sliders were burnt to a crisp.

B & Jalen’s customer service is top tier!! The foods and drinks were all on point! I usually don’t eat at chilis but this experience made me want to come back! Only this location though lol! Thank you B & Jalen :)

Service was below expectations during our visit. The hostess was noticeably dismissive, and after being seated, we waited nearly 20 minutes without anyone coming by our table. No check-ins or updates. What made the situation more frustrating was watching another party of two, seated about 15 minutes after us, get attended immediately. The experience was frustrating and left us feeling disregarded. The manager came out and gave their apologies but by that time we had made our mind up to leave.

Sitting here waiting to be seated . Wait staff awful. Don't know when we're going to be seated denying us a place that is available to sit. Once we get serviced I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. NO MANAGER PREAENT.

Northlake chilies is absolutely the worst chilies I’ve ever been to my whole life, ever since Covid. It’s always a wait because there’s no help. chilies you realize this is 2025

Our server did not check on us at all she literally just took our order and left. The atmosphere was loud due to it being game day. However the food was good.

Food was hot & fresh and it came out in a timely manner. Service was great we really appreciate the manager and waitress coming around checking and making sure we had everything we needed.

Chili's has stepped up their game when it comes to food choices. Lots of options & the salad I got was really good. Our waiter, I think his name was Cory, but honestly can't recall at the moment, was FANTASTIC! Even though the restaurant was a bit busy he took great care of our table. Other staff members were also very friendly & courteous. Would definitely return to this location.
