Crazy you come to chilis and can drink like a fish and never be drunk ; I love Lindsey she is a nice person but her drinks are weaker than anyone I have ever tasted. Her service is amazing but I feel she under does the drinks and multiple people have said this . When you go to chilis you gotta get shots ! Food is a hit or miss . The Shawn or Shan guy that brings food out is amazing he is so kind respectful and motivated. Very warm hearted man . Managers are lazy . And waitresses is a hit or miss too .

I was not happy today .. I had asked about Kids eat free today . The man said yes just log into my account which I did . Then a lady brings me my box a Togo cup which was amazing but them turns off the machine on table bc it wouldn't let me work it took my cc and charged me 30 bucks for myself and my child which would have been okay if I didn't specifically ask about my 1-year-old eating his kids meal the only freaking reason I came there today was for my 1 year old because his birthday is on Thursday so I took him out by himself it's quite frankly ridiculous and I don't think I'll ever be back and I'm very upset and I hope someone takes action and accountability for this

Ok got the triple dipper. Server was awsome to get me a street corn on it. The corn wasn't crunchy. It was just ok. The little sliders woah!!!! Delicious. The chicken crispers. Very juicy. Delicious. Pleasantly suprised

Patrick did an absolutely amazing job serving, I normally don’t write reviews but he was a joy to have as a waiter even though it was so late at night. Food came out quickly and costumer service was fabulous.

Great place to eat especially on a budget. I had chips and salsa with a large burger and fries and also a sweet tea for less than $12 with tax. That's about what I would pay at a drive-through restaurant like McDonald's or Burger King, except the food and service are extremely better quality and much larger food portions as well. Also if you would like to have a few drinks they are extremely well priced @ $6 margaritas.
I was on a business trip and ordered ahead for dinner. I picked up at a good time. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. I didn't have to wait in line. I walked in through the To-Go door. I stood there for a couple of minutes, watching the two workers in the back talking to one another. One had their back turned to me, the other facing me, and she could see that I was standing there. However, they continued their conversation. The one whose back was turned came out. She did not greet me, only asked my name, and returned to the kitchen. She returned with my food and told me to have a good night. Customer service could have been better, but the food was hot, fresh, and delicious!
Went here for lunch around 2. Got the triple dipper, and some drinks from the bar. Food was amazing ! I usually go during lunch hour. The food is usually more consistent and taste better and not thrown together sloppily during the lunch hour compared to dinner. I was greeted and was sat immediately. My server came shortly afterwards, however greeted me rather coldly. It felt as if she did not want to be there. She was short with her responses and checked up on me only twice. I didn’t even catch her name until I needed a refill and had been waiting for a while so I had to ask a different server. She seemed annoyed, rude, and irritated. Despite this, the food made up for the experience. Wish Kendall was working yesterday afternoon. He’s great!
Edit: I was sitting by the pick up area at a booth by a window. The table I was first sat at was filthy and had stains on it. I was moved to the booth behind that one which was cleaner.
