Even though im Charlotte native I have never been to this location. My go to chili's closed so I have been looking for a replacement. The fajitas were awesome. We only had one minor incident but the manager was quick to provide a resolution and explanation. I will definitely go back again

This place was... actually good. Mozzarella sticks were fun and good, the burger had NO BUSINESS being that good. WTH? 5 stars. Will return.

I am thoroughly impressed with my visit to Chili’s. My friends and I were having trouble deciding where to eat a few days ago, and were hesitant to dine here. However, we decided to go, and I am so grateful we did. Vivi walked us to a nice booth and was great. After this, the wonderful Taylor S took care of us. Taylor provided exceptional service. On top of her wonderful care, the food was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the Big Smasher burger and the mozzarella sticks. If you ever are in the area and don’t know what to try, please go here. And request Taylor S, too.
