Was short staff so had to keep asking for help as far as a drink menu. Wasn't offered the standard table appetizers until mid way through the food. Nice place could be better.

My family loved every minute here. The service team made us feel like VIPs, and the caipirinhas were dangerously good. Perfect place for celebrations.

This place blew me away. The service was elegant without being stiff, and every single cut of meat was perfectly seasoned. The lamb chops were my favorite. Definitely coming back for a date night.

In previous years it was great, the service was excellent and the food cooked to perfection. Last night the service was terrible - we had to ask for refills multiple times and it took 30 minutes after we asked before we the medium rare Picanha we requested came by. And the quality of the food was kind of meh - the lamb leg was overcooked and dry, as were a couple of the sirloin options, the flank steak the first time was burned though later rounds were better, and the Cajun seasoning on the ribeye was no where near as good as it was the first time we had it a few years ago. They also forgot entirely that we were there celebrating two birthdays, but we were so tired and everything took so long that by the end of it we didn't even care enough to remind them again. Very disappointing evening from what used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Edit - the restaurant is making an effort to make amends and that is definitely appreciated. Updated the rating accordingly.

Food and Service were amazing as always! There were several loud groups which made it a bit challenging to hear when talking

Amazing Brazilian steakhouse! The caipirinha was perfect and so refreshing. Big shoutout to Stephanie, our server—super friendly and attentive. She made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Great experience! The food was delicious and the passion fruit caipirinha was great (I highly recommend it btw). Thanks to our server Stephanie and the manager Cally our experience was even better.

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Chima with a gift card from our children. We were able to have a conversation without yelling over music. The seating was comfortable and the food was great. I especially appreciated when the servers would explain how the meat was cooked. It was our first visit and won't be our last. I filled up quickly. I know a few tricks now, like not eating much the day of my visit and turning my chip over sooner to slow down the meat offerings. We were even served a complimentary cheese cake for our anniversary.

Outstanding service and incredible food! Every cut of meat was tender and flavorful, an unforgettable dining experience.

This restaurant is one of my absolute favorites! The atmosphere is always cozy and stylish, the meat is cooked to perfection, and the whole team makes you feel truly cared for. Our waitress, Cenya, is amazing attentive, friendly, and very professional. The manager Cally, also deserves a big shout-out: he's always polite, detail-oriented, and makes sure every guest has the best experience. This isn't my first visit with Cenya as my server and Cally as manager, and every time just makes me want to come back again. Great service, delicious food, and a special atmosphere highly recommend!

Seriously, you've gotta try Chima. It was one of those meals where you don't want it to end. By the end of the night I just wanted to start all over again. The meat just keeps coming, I'm talking about really tasteful meet, juicy. The Beef Ribs (Costela) is my favorite and I definitely recommend that. Theirs buffet has so much variety, it's a food paradise. They have people coming at your table all the time, with not only meet but grilled pineapple, cheese bread (you really should try those with the dipping sauce, just by writing it here I'm already hungry again, oh man. The FOH manager, Cally was even better than the food, he made us feel like VIPs, checking in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without hovering; and I really appreciate him for that. So... the vibe, the food, the flow of the night; it all got even better because of that. Definitely a night to remember.

The first time I went was two years ago for my birthday, and I loved it, so my expectations were for this go-around. I was highly disappointed and expected more than what was given. When we were first seated, it took a while for a server to get to us, and then when the different meats came to our table, they took a long time too. We kept asking for the seafood for the people in my group who didn't want the whole thing. We were there for almost two hours, and the salmon only came around 3 times. The food wasn't bad and was decent at most. They did cater to my pregnant friend who needed her food well done, which was nice. When we paid for our food, our waiter lost someone's card in my group. We didn't get it back before we left, and she was not offered her food for free even though the waiter lost her card. I understand people make mistakes, but I expected more from management. My overall experience was bad, and I wasted my money.
