Thank you Chima for a pleasant experience on my birthday. Our waitress Brittany did such a great job receiving us and attending our table. The food was delicious, I've gone to many brazilian steakhouses and the meat was yummy.

The food was exquisite. We took my father for his birthday, and he enjoyed his experience.My only reserve was service was slow. My experience with other Brazilian steak houses was fast service and for the cost I would expect that. However, everyone from the server to the gentleman bringing the meats out seemed to drag their feet a bit. On three occasions the server or floor manager had get someone to our table for a top of on drinks, food, etc. Our plates were empty at one point for 5 minutes and my second glass of wine took so long everyone was finished eating when it arrived.

Excellence in all regards - service, abundance of tastiest food. Even the salad bar shows their attention to give the best experience possible. I was there for good Friday and there were many prom customers - fun to see and all were treated with the highest level of service and beautiful surroundings. I was celebrating my d-day and was thoroughly pleased

if I could give this review zero stars, I would. i'm so upset on how they treated me. they charge me for some water that I never got, and also forced me to give a tip to a waitress who was horrible. not only was my steak Soggy and gross. But the attitude of the waitress was horrible. Fuck Esmeralda. At all cost try to avoid her... not only was she slow physically but also mentally.
