Really impressed! Stopped by Chin Chin II in Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised. The place is super clean, bright, and has a calm, cozy vibe—great for a quick bite or relaxed lunch. I ordered the hot and sour soup—one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Rich flavor, perfect balance of spice and sourness, and packed with fresh ingredients. Also tried the lo mein noodles—flavorful, perfectly stir-fried, with a delicious sauce and fresh veggies. You can really tell the food is made with care. After living in New York, it’s not easy to find Chinese food that stands out—but this place definitely does. I’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Customer service was terrible they over charge.y credit card had problems with getting a refund
So this is the second time I come here and let me tell clean place customer service was very good so we have one of the fried noodle Chip that goes in the soup It was stale so I asked if they can change it and they did without an problem and the food was good I highly recommend this and that’s why I give them a 5 will be back!!!!
