I ordered on doordash. That was the nastiest dryest General Tso chicken I have ever tasted. The place is clean and service was nice. FOOD WAS STRAIGHT TRASH!!! Never again!!!

I came to the China Bowl because a friend asked if Iād pick up our dinner! She prepaid when she called in the order. When I arrived I asked if I could get a soda in a can that I saw in the cooler, it was pretty warm out! When I went to use my apple pay the gentleman at the counter place his hand over the tap to pay screen and said āMinimum 3$!ā I just shook my head and said āJust never mindā! Catch up with the rest of the world Chinabowl! I should be able to tap to pay no matter the cost of the product! And the ugly attitude was uncalled for. Foods good.

I asked for chicken fried rice with extra veggie. The lady on the phone clarified, āDo you want the baby corn, mushrooms and broccoli?ā I told her no bc Iām allergic to mushrooms and donāt too much care for the cornā¦ā¦..surprise surprise! Hella mushrooms and corn n broccoli. Didnāt find that out til I got home and took a huge bite???

I placed an order at 18:30. At 19:55 the driver informs me that they were given the wrong order by the restaurant and that someone else has picked up my order. And eventually cancelled the order. At 20:22 I placed a Reorder and at approximately 20:40 I was notified that the restaurant cancelled my order. I waited over 2 hours and was tremendously inconvenienced because of a fault on your end and you didn't have the pride nor dignity to honor your mistake. This was my first time ordering at your establishment and the experience thus far is trash. Piss poor infact. Anywho, I certainly won't be attempting to try this place of business again. You Lost a customer before you could even gain one. What a shame. Enjoy!

Never again and I used to love china bowl the rice was hard and the chicken looks old and look at the chicken they gave me ? and I was hungry now have to spend more to get something I like -stars

Every since the pandemic they've had giant penny wings dry flavorless rice and so called egg roll bites cause they be so small and over cooked ? literally no Chinese place tastes the same now ?I gave them 3 tries the last 1 was my finale.?
