I used to really like this place and I got an order that was too spicy and I brought it back and either an owner or a manager came out and started grilling me and saying that I need to tell him whenever I don't need spicy. I wasn't asked and I apologized and I agreed I should tell him. With that being said, I wasn't asked. He's arguing with me and I have an allergy to spice and I didn't think about it because I thought orange chicken wasn't spicy but tangy and General Tso's was spicy. It wasn't even in my thoughts. They were trying to cop me for the meal but with his obvious frustration and blaming me for the messed up order. I just thought it was very unprofessional. I also think it's a very bad idea to have someone cook you food that's obviously that upset with you. Him telling me that " no other Chinese restaurant asks about spice level " is Goofy to me and very close-minded. They're not the only Asian restaurant and I lived in Korea for a year, I. A vet. They always asked.. I for sure should have told them no spice, no doubt, but, I wasn't asked, just hung up on after being given the total. I for sure would have eaten it if I could have, but I truthfully couldn't have. I don't mind being wrong but I don't need my face rubbed in it at the register.

Save your money they have a nasty attitude and even nastier food they gave me hard rice and feathers on my chicken. And topped it off with nasty attitude when I called to say something.

Luv this place but the cashier/ kid who answers the phone always sounds sooooo annoyed & it makes me feel bad. I even tried to tip him once on the card swiper, but he just zero-ed out my tip. I hope he finds a job that makes him happy one day. On another note, LUV THE FOOD so much!! Been coming here for years!!

Had lunch at China Cafe today.The veggie dish and broccoli and tofu in garlic sauce was okay. The tofu was overcooked and the broccoli was spicy.It was also unfortunate that the service was poor.

This review is overdue. I stopped by the evening of Friday, 01-13-23 after a pole fitness class. It was freezing outside and I wanted something to warm me up. I wanted egg drop soup but they didn't have any. I ordered the wonton soup instead. There was a decent amount of people placing or making take out orders, but I didn't have to wait too long.

The food looked way better than it tasted. I ordered the beef & broccoli over white rice. The broccoli was under cooked & the beef was extremely chewy. Although it was well proportioned for the price, the preparation was disappointing.

Usually order from here once a week…I only went for sides tonight and was told I couldn’t pay with card under 5 dollars. Was even willing to pay an extra charge but still no…won’t get my money again sorry but I feel like you could’ve still took my order.
