Lackluster standard Chinese food. The food was dry and overcooked. Extra credit goes to the clerk-cashier with his soulful personality and interactions with the public. Overall, I had a decent experience.
I always come here when I'm low on cash and need something to eat for dinner. I catch the bus here anyway on my way home from work. Staff is always pleasant with me. The food is pretty good for the price. I typically get the same thing : lo mein and bourbon chicken. But I went in yesterday after a long day, and noticed I couldn't find my pouch. The young lady at the register noticed me looking confused and asked if the pouch was mine and handed it to me. I had NO idea...
I have been going here for years because it's quick if not many people in line. My average is 3 to 4 mns and I am out with my pick up. The food is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. That goes for the service as well. I walk away or buy from them based on atmosphere inside restaurant, line lenght, and who is over the restaurant at that time of day as other peoples reviews reflect similar expierences. The price is always affordable for uptown area but keep in mind it...
