The lady at front was very rude when I called over the phone the first time to place this was my first time trying them and I am very disappointed the chicken was very cold and with cold red sauce on it that was disgusting 🤢 poor service!

Horrible! What happened? New management is not up to par. From 1995 - 2004 lived on this side of town and would often frequent the China Tearoom. When I 5moved, would periodically order takeout. This past Sunday, Dec 8 '24 ordered wings and house special rice. It did not look appetizing, had no flavor. A wasted $14. I through it out.

disinterested and inattentive. We waited a long time to have our orders taken, and when our food finally arrived, it was incorrect and cold. It was evident that the staff was not trained properly in customer service, which further added to the negative experience.
The most troubling aspect of my visit was the behavior of the cashier, who exhibited outright racism. It was shocking to witness such a blatant disregard for customer respect. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment and only added to my dissatisfaction.
Overall, I would not recommend China Tea Room to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The poor food quality, terrible service, and unpleasant atmosphere make it a place I will not return to. Save your time and money and seek out a better Chinese restaurant elsewhere.

China, tea room food has always been excellent. I don’t know what happened this time but the TSO chicken was terrible. The rice was hard and I won’t be ordering that ever again.

China tea room has some delicious menu items. I really enjoyed the sesame chicken and fried rice. I love that the rice doesn't come with onions or peas. You get a nice size portion for the price. Next I'm gonna try the sweet & sour chicken. Not to many Chinese restaurants sell this particular entree anymore. I'm glad China Tea do.
This place is pretty good. The sesame chicken isn’t hard it’s a nice soft crunch. Pot stickers are amazing. Definitely my new favorite place to get them. The friend rice is different it’s yellow rice with pieces of egg but it’s still really good. Can’t wait to go back.

Looks like they changed owners everything is different so upset at this... ordered shrimp lo mein did not like it they even changed the dumpling and crab ragoon sigh Not even the boneless bbq ribs very disappointed 😔😔
