Every time I’ve gone to this Chipotle, there has been some type of inconvenience. The customer service is consistently disappointing the workers are often rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the issues don’t stop there. My orders are frequently made incorrectly, especially online orders.
There have been multiple times when my bowl included toppings I never selected, and the food is often thrown together carelessly, with ingredients crossing over and mixing excessively. I’ve even found fajita veggies in my bowl when I have never once included them in my order.
Today was especially concerning my bowl included corn, which I am highly allergic to. Food allergies are serious, and mistakes like that can be dangerous. It’s frustrating to continuously have the same problems at this location. I really hope management takes the time to address these ongoing issues and improve both customer service and order accuracy.

Unacceptable service at the location. Whomever the woman’s name is who was working on 9/12 at 8:25pm, should be fired on the spot. Barely served me any rice and chicken, which I had to ask for twice to get a full serving size, she also completely got my order wrong as she was rushing me out of the door. Awful worker, I’ll never come back to this location.

Beyond unprofessional and dirty! My order was unable to be located tonight. I clearly showed I placed the order and provided everything I needed. However the useless, unknowledgeable “manager” says there’s nothing that he can do about it. The conversation gets heated because of him talking over me. To which he tells me to keep it pushing and drive off. Mind you I paid for food, and I’m leaving empty handed with zero help. Then I head over to the app/online to get a refund and to file a complaint and both are completely useless locking you into a perpetual circle of chatting with Pepper to get zero resolution. The whole experience was crap!

I never been treated so poorly by a group of employees. Every time I come in they are so rude and straight up mean. They will verbally get upset at me when I go to the counter and ask if my order is ready after waiting 30 minutes and they still won’t put it out in the shelves. They tell me I need to go to the drive through. I then go to the drive through the next time and this woman is so mean to me, saying I need to pick it up from the shelves. My order wasn’t even on the shelves too. Genuinely bad hearted people work here and it’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen them treat other customers awful as well.

Very racist, they were talking to me like if I was there to get free food they said they didn’t have white rice and gave me attitude like if it was my fault they should learn better customer service. And also got surprised when I asked for a big order but isn’t that what they’re there for giving people their orders! I wouldn’t recommend this place.
