One of the growing list of Chipotle locations that skimps out on giving you a reasonable amount of chicken when ordering a burrito. Counted 7 little chunks of chicken. Rip off

Working out of town and I came to this location because it had better reviews. They were fully stocked employ working. The line was calling out items half stock quarter stock. I even heard an employee back in the back of house replying with “heard“. I wish all chipotle was like this. I routinely stop at chipotle getting off late from work. This was a great experience.

A good Chipotle with professional but friendly staff, clean environment is so hard to come by in the Charlotte area. Excited to have a new location added to the area that could likely be the best one yet.

The wait was ridiculous and the attitudes were worse. I waited for 15mins in the Chipotlane and eventually had to go inside to get it. Then I checked it and the bowl was full of rice and beans, NO MEAT!. he tried to tell me the teaspoon size of meat I had to dig for to show him was enough. The restaurant was dirty and unorganized. I honestly just want my.money back!

I know Chipotlane is always a gamble but this location was by miles the most egregious case of theft for portion sizes, as other reviews already suggested but I'm naive. I ordered double protein and only got half at most. Plus the wrong kind of rice. Like cool, whoever runs the store is fickle and cheap or has no idea how to train their employees - not rare in fast food. But making a point to pay extra and have a particular ingredient in all caps on top of the receipt be dismissed is just criminal. What little food I did get was good and warm, however, so at least there's some competency behind the grills. However, I would avoid this location at all costs if you value your money at all.

ESTEBAN VILLARREAL

This is my second time in this location. Both times they served me little food or very few pieces of protein and today I found the sitting area and tables quite dirty. I will have to say the employees were friendly and greeted me when I entered the building.
