It’s really clear that the staff at this location do not care about service or quality. I’ve given it a few chances and it’s wildly unprofessional every single time. Food is usually low quality or completely out of stock.

Unacceptable service at the location. Whomever the woman’s name is who was working on 9/12 at 8:25pm, should be fired on the spot. Barely served me any rice and chicken, which I had to ask for twice to get a full serving size, she also completely got my order wrong as she was rushing me out of the door. Awful worker, I’ll never come back to this location.

Beyond unprofessional and dirty! My order was unable to be located tonight. I clearly showed I placed the order and provided everything I needed. However the useless, unknowledgeable “manager” says there’s nothing that he can do about it. The conversation gets heated because of him talking over me. To which he tells me to keep it pushing and drive off. Mind you I paid for food, and I’m leaving empty handed with zero help. Then I head over to the app/online to get a refund and to file a complaint and both are completely useless locking you into a perpetual circle of chatting with Pepper to get zero resolution. The whole experience was crap!

I never been treated so poorly by a group of employees. Every time I come in they are so rude and straight up mean. They will verbally get upset at me when I go to the counter and ask if my order is ready after waiting 30 minutes and they still won’t put it out in the shelves. They tell me I need to go to the drive through. I then go to the drive through the next time and this woman is so mean to me, saying I need to pick it up from the shelves. My order wasn’t even on the shelves too. Genuinely bad hearted people work here and it’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen them treat other customers awful as well.

Very racist, they were talking to me like if I was there to get free food they said they didn’t have white rice and gave me attitude like if it was my fault they should learn better customer service. And also got surprised when I asked for a big order but isn’t that what they’re there for giving people their orders! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is just going down hill, from portion sizes, to food quality and customer service this place has been declining in all aspects. Today I received a bag of chips that barely had chips and one even had sour cream on it, as if it were already being snacked on or something.

The manager is incompetent! The young men is kind as well as the young lady at the register. According to the incompetent manager the young lady is new. Instead is saying sorry the lady is new and is still learning she was super duper rude!
The young lady tried to charge me twice for two orders I told her I already paid for the order. The incompetent manager came and confused the poor girl. I told the manager I already paid for one order and the manger “incompetent” said the register just prints receipts even if you don’t pay 😂😂 and said you know what here is the second food jus leave you can both for free 😂😂😂. I said thank you incompetent manager and walked out. Check my account and off course I paid for my 1st order. I had a paid receipt on my hand that I was showing her. This was rude but funny. My sister got free food so it’s a win for me but. It chipotle. I feel bad for the two employee being trained by someone that incompetent. “The register prints paid receipt even if you don’t pay” whatttt… where…. How??? Do better lady.
