I asked and paid for double chicken. The worker only gave one extra scoop when I paid for double chicken which is two scoops. I brought it to their attention and they got loud with me. I felt uncomfortable so I just paid and left.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION !!!

Food was inedible, the beans were sooooo salty had to toss it-- vinegarette taste like pure vinegar,lettuce was brown and chips were stale and left off some ingredients l asked for. No bueno Chipotle! Staff was slow and the guy making the food kept touching his pants and clothes then making food. Nope l dont want a side of food borne illness with my burrito bowl. Won't be back

Theres a curly black hair in my food. I contacted chipotle three times. Twice I spoke to someone on the phone. They only gave me a partial refund. I’m not going to eat the food. I’m sure there’s going to be an automatic response to this review “thanks for your feedback, please contact us via the website”. I ALREADY DID THREE TIMES BEFORE IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW. This is so unacceptable and disgusting. Thanks for the partial refund. I paid to not eat. Also there is no way this can be my hair - I HAVE RED HAIR.

I would've just blended up the vegetables from my refrigerator and poured it on top a heaping scoop of rice had I known they only give me a teaspoon worth of chicken for a $13.00 burrito bowl.

That's some mean lunch lady energy right there.

To-go orders beware!

Just close this location down to be honest. I went in here mind you at 8:40 on a Tuesday… the moment I walk in every employee has a nasty attitude and they were out of 5 meats no lettuce no queso and they had already closed down the drink station so no tea or juice either. The food they did have was subpar but I tried to give them the benefit as I’m in the same industry. JAZZMINE was an absolute nasty individual and needs to be fired she’s incredible unprofessional she threw my food in the point to it ripped the bag and when I got home noticed the sauces had gone everywhere. How Jazzmine has a job is beyond me….do better please

Awful Chipotle. The staff was rude from the start just throwing things in the bag. No care at all. There was barely any ingredients. No steak, no lettuce. The employee was scraping the bottom of the container for barbacoa. Barely any guacamole and veggies left as well. Just horrible experience at this

Very bad employees, gave me little to no toppings had to ask for more and still was given little to none don’t recommend. I was telling the rude lady my toppings and she kept closing the lid even when I wasn’t done, so much cross contamination.

I spent 17.34 for a chicken bowl the Mgr insisted on giving me half a spoon of chicken 3x and a half of scoop of rice when I finally get back to the hospital took one bite and tasted NOTHING THE CHICKEN WAS AWFUL NO SEASON JUST BURNT CHICKEN BREAST IF YOU WANT CHIPOTLE TO TASTE LIKE CHIPOTLE KINGS DRIVE IS NOT IT POOR MGT , HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SER

I ordered online and my bowl was very disappointing. The rice was cold and my protein was not even cut up. I couldn’t even eat my food because it was not edible. This was the worse experience I have ever had with chipotle.

This has been our go-to chipotle for years. Sadly, it’s become a disgrace. This is my chicken bowl. No cheese. No tomatoes. No corn. No guacamole that I literally paid extra for. Also there is NEVER any tea, sweet or otherwise. Absolutely embarrassing. Will not be back. Do better.
