Whoever cooked the food the night of December 8th ate it up. This is the first time in years I’ve eaten at a Chipotle that has actually bothered to put lime and cilantro in the rice. Thank you so much I’m still thinking about my burrito from last night.

Today around 4 pm at this location, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle. The employee repeatedly talked over me, never asked whether I wanted crispy or soft tacos, was yelling to the point that I felt threatened, and even used one scoop of protein split between two of my entrees. I came in planning to order tacos exactly as set up in my app, but she dumped the entrée toppings into the tacos, rang it up as an entrée instead of tacos, and I was charged entrée pricing. Because of this, I’m not getting the taco promotions I’m supposed to receive at this location. As someone who has worked in this industry, I’m shocked by how unprofessional this was and I expect management to contact me to address it. I will not be returning to this store unless this is taken seriously.

wasn't even sure if it was open at first, the outside lights were all out. went inside, started my order but apparently said the ingredients in the wrong order, so they threw out the first bowl and passive aggressively started over. then didn't hear me say I wanted salsa. acted like they were going to throw out and start over the second bowl instead of put the salsa on so I asked for it on the side, which they grudgingly did. Just the most hateful and cold stares the entire time.

The food was really good, but I just can’t understand how every single table is dirty and nobody bothers to go wipe them. Seriously every single table had crumbs or sauce on it. The trash was spilling out of the garbage. There was no room for more and the slot wouldn’t even close, I had to take it with me… on brand for Chipotle but always a bummer.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online for 9:40 pickup, and I came home to realize they not only gave me the wrong order but gave me an order that was supposed to be picked up at 12:40!! NINE HOURS earlier. Yes it was my fault that I did not look at the order when I picked it up, but WHY would you have an order on the shelf for nine hours?!? And of course they were already closed by the time I realized

This was by far the grossest chipotle I’ve ever been in. The meat is extremely dry and the restaurant itself is a mess. The bathroom is like a gas station bathroom and the food is overflowing and all the trash cans in the restaurant. Totally disgusting.
