I literally just left chipotle and found out I got charged for Barbacoa and not chicken because the person that took my order wrote a “ B “ on my bowl instead of a “ C “ . I tried to call the store multiple times and nobody seems to want to pick up the phone . I got charged $32.20 but I only order two chicken bowls and a chicken burrito that only had chicken and medium sauce. That’s not adding up.

Worst Chipotle in the city. It obviously, doesn't even have a manager. Just one guy was working, and there was like 10 employees doing whatever they want. They were not receiving orders, only online. And just one guy was packaging those. Need new management and new employees asap!

The worst Chipotle location.I walked there is quite a long line before my turn, 5 minutes standing in line.. everybody was told that it’s online order only. There was something wrong with the system. I ordered online and waited for my order…And what do you know… hard rock steak overcooked until you can’t chew it anymore and serve cold. There’s about 99% of rice versus the meat. Of course.. let’s not forget the frozen corn.Never again I’m returning to this location. They’re horrible. Dirty. Drinks are empty. Trash cans are full though.

Wow! I heard that Chipotle prices had gone up and their serving sizes had gone down but this is crazy. This is what over $15 got me, barely enough to put in a small salad bowl. I had to pick through to find the chicken and what is that like 6 pieces of lettuce. I ordered chips and guacamole that I paid extra for, got a tiny bag of chips and no guac, thank goodness there was some in the salad bowl. I definitely will think twice before ordering from here again.

I am very disappointed with my mobile order burrito bowl. It seems to be re-occurring problem that not as much care or time is put into the mobile orders. I order double chicken and just about everything on the menu and costs me over 20 dollars. When I receive it, There was only about 5 individual pieces of chicken and the bowl was only half way filled up (mostly with rice). When you go to the restaurant the bowl is overflowing with ingredients and worth the high price I pay to have it just way I like it. Mobile orders should be no different. Please do better in the future or I'm gonna have to take my business else where.
This location is the worst. Rice is never cooked and tortillas are stale. They always forget something or order is wrong. I have never had a burrito so bland maybe the amount of unseasoned, under cooked rice they piled on the burrito.
