This place needs to shut down for a few days for a deep cleaning. Every single table was filthy. Food and cheese all over the floor. The fountain drink area had forks put in where the garbage goes. Just a plain hot mess. Shocked!!

all of the workers looked so depressed, I got there and they were being rude, this Hispanic guy with long hair was serving me, I asked for a bowl and he gave me half a scoop of rice. I then proceeded to get all my other ingredients and then he spilled my burrito food all over the counter and then put it all back in the burrito. The burrito was wet and soggy, and then he double wrapped it and proceeded to get food that was already on the counter that wasn’t mine inside my burrito after I asked, can you just make a new rap? That is absolutely disgusting, And my friend was eating and found a hair inside of his food with the actual hotdogs

Food was hot and nasty. Chicken and rice taste like it wasn’t cooked properly. Queso thick and nasty. Dining area dirty. Trash all on floor and tables.

I know my one star review won't make any difference because this place was SLAMMED at dinner time last night. However, I placed an order online and arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, only to wait another 15 minutes. I think we've all become accustomed to waiting in general so I wasn't especially fazed by this. But then I got home and discovered that two of the three things I'd ordered had something major wrong (beans I hadn't ordered and veggies I hadn't ordered on one, missing beans and wrong meat on another). While waiting for my order I observed the two workers assembling the to-go orders. There was clearly some kind of breakdown in their process. They were looking at a screen and slopping things into bowls, then slapping the stickers on, and counting on the fact that most orders are being picked up and delivered so they won't personally be held accountable for these kinds of mistakes. I won't be going back to this location. Whatever, nobody cares. Workers don't care, management doesn't care, customers don't care. We all keep shoveling money at these places and they keep shoveling food into piles for us to shovel into our mouths.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The lady serving the food was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and showing attitude the entire time. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by ordering. Good customer service is essential, and this behavior was completely uncalled for. Very disappointing.

I did a later online on Sunday because we just got back into town. Only ordered here because Stonecrest (rightfully) blacked out what they were out of online. Went in to pick it up, everyone but one person working was cleaning, including putting chairs up, while that one person working was making food for people still in restaurant. Got home and our 2 veggie burritos had no beans. They gave us rice burritos because they had no beans but didn’t bother mentioning it. Giant rice burritos.

This location is consistently disappointing. Trash and food all over the floor. The serving area looks like it’s never cleaned. Beware if placing your order through the app, they have regularly skip ingredients!

This store is horrible and filthy. Food everywhere on the floor in the kitchen, trash cans inside overflowing, and garbage at the checkout out register. Flies in the kitchen. Counter had not been whipped down at all. Do not order food until checking out the cleanliness of this restaurant. It is BAD!!! Walked out when seeing this.

This place is dirty, the people are rude, they messed up my order. I requested no beans on mobile order and they instead gave me black beans and poured the nasty black been juice all over my order. I ordered double chicken, seemed like a single order of chicken to me. They also burnt my chips. As someone who used to go to chipotle on a daily basis and now lives within walking distance of this location, I probably wont be going back here and this is the only location I would not recommend visiting. Normally this poor of a performance is a reflection of poor management.

Best location in Charlotte. Staff is always polite, they give proper portions, and store is clean.
