Went in to get a salad and the lettuce was allll brown. Looked as if it had been sitting out for over a week. I left without ordering.

Online Orders are not worth. Missing ingredients. Not once or twice, repeatedly not meeting expectations. Just filled with rice. Ordered 2 bowls, asked for brown rice, I got White rice. Missing salsa.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Constantly out of stock on food, napkins, forks, DRINKS! How does a restaurant run out of ALL of these things!! One time I tried using the soda dispenser and it came out warm. Not to mention, I bought a drink and she gave me a WATER cup!! There needs to be better training, cleaning, and restocking. Most importantly stop running out of food. How are you going to say you are most known for the chicken then run out of chicken. Take it off the paper bag then!!! So much potential to be a great store ruined.

This is one of the WORSE Chipotle locations ever. The other location that comes in 2ND WORSE is the location at Matthews Township Parkway.When I visited them this past Saturday, both locations are/were SUPER FILTHY!!! I left the Matthews location because anytime I've visited they are ALWAYS OUT OF items and food area and eating area are dirty. Thought I'd try the Waverly location and oh my goodness!! It was WORSE than the Matthews location! Honestly--who would have thought--Waverly??? I mean trash cans spilling over on the floor with trash and tables left with trash on them and on the floors. It was so disgusting that I saw people come in, look around in shock at what they were seeing, and just leaving.Now okay, I was going to leave as soon as I walked in but I wanted what I wanted, I thought I'll simply ignore it "maybe" perhaps the food area will be better. NOPE, NOPE!The food was even worse. The rice UNDERCOOKED!!! I simply ate a few bites of the meal and tossed it! Which I HATE to do and waste food when there are so many people who are hungry.Anyway, I mean at both locations how the servers just "toss" around the food and NEVER EVER clean or wipe the spills when they dish out the meals is unbelievable. You can see in the back where the food is prepared under the equipment and food that has been dropped on the floor is everywhere!!!I've COMPLAINED numerous times to the managers, who I think turnover so frequently, I simply stopped going the Matthews location because of this. My first time at the Waverly location left me NEVER wanting to go to another Chipotle again.Honestly, if I were a food service inspector, I would grade both an "F" and SHUT DOWN both locations IMMEDIATELY!I used the remaining balance on my gift card and have been trying to no avail to reach the management at the Waverly location to get my money back!Moving here from out west I simply expected the same level of quality and service here. NOPE! Not even close--just awful!Chipotle's leadership should do a drop by and get a load of how their brand is being represented.Sorry I didn't have a photo to share with you. Long review I know but trust me on this one--DO NOT, DO NOT go to either of these locations!!!!!

This restaurant used to be better quality. Management needs to do better. The staff was friendly and there were 6 people working when I picked up my order which is a lot for most fast food restaurants in 2024. The food was lukewarm, and lacking in quantity of the ingredients. My biggest complaint is the state of cleanliness of the restaurant (See photos). The lack of care in appearance really makes me wonder if food standards are up to par.

How does this place have a 97 sanitation. The trash was overflowing as usual, majority of the tables were dirty, some with food left from customers. There were no napkins available. There was a large box of forks as they were out, but no one restocked them. The serving station was filthy. Corn was in the guacamole and cheese in the sour cream. There were lots of workers (all white males) but no one seemed to care how nasty things were. I'm wondering if they had a huge rush but there were maybe 3 customers including myself in line and 2 customers waiting in the call in pick up line so someone could have at least cleaned the lobby. The server and check out guys were kind. I know this location stays busy but wow do they need to hire better employees.

Nastiest restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The online order was supposedly delayed an hour but half the workers weren't even doing anything. Food was dry and bland also and still charged me for queso I never got

Chipotle is my usual go to for eat outs and this place turned out to be a total disaster. I did a take out of their sofritas bowl from this location last night and I got a big lump of rice with some guac and salsa. It was my first meal for the day and I couldn’t wait to dig in. The best part of the dish was the uncooked rice grains. I can’t understand how arrogant or dumb should one be to not know the rice they’re throwing into a bowl is uncooked. I want my money back! It’s enraging that somebody could get away with doing such a poor job. You can see from the pics and videos how raw the rice is. So frustrated and disappointed

I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews. Came in around 5:58-6:03pm on 1/13/2024. Yes there was a line because it’s dinner time. It moved fairly quickly. The guys and girls working the line were attentive, respectful, and overall great customer service. On top of that the food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Good service is hard to come by these days and I’ll tip my hat to this chipotle location.
