My cousin went here and got terrible service and they left part of our order off. Then they refused to give a refund for THEIR MISTAKE! Do better chipotle!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Left half of my order off and I had to make a second trip back to the restaurant wasting gas and time. Aaron a hispanic guy with glasses said he was the manager and remade it but wouldn’t give me a refund when he himself acknowledged they left it off because he said he charged someone else for it in error and threw it away. This level of incompetence is inexcusable and when I tried calling they don’t answer the phone- I will be calling corporate and I want a FULL REFUND!

Salads never have any lettuce. Probably 4 pieces of lettuce in this whole salad. I had to start adding rice to the salads to get some food, because I have been getting the salads no rice and I still only got 2-8 pieces of lettuce.

I arrived at 10:39pm. 21 minutes until they close. The hours online state they are open until 11 and the door also says 11. We tried to open the door and it was locked. An employee came to the door and said “We’re closed”

We could see 3 employees inside.

Staff and food were fine/typical. Drink machine had no ice; dining room tables were kinda gross; no one was wiping them down during my visit.

The lady at the register was rude and charged me $15.30 for a side order of protein. She said it was worth two sides of the protein. I told her it did not look like worth two sides because that's tha quantity you put in a bowl. She was adamant. She showed a small cup they use for gauc and sour cream sides and said, that's 1 side order. The other lady who packed my bowl said would you like me to portion it out, to which this lady responded, "no we would just be wasting a cup". I did not want a fight over this so I paid and left. But you guys lost a regular customer.

Worst service at any chipotle. Don’t ask them about your order or they will give you the biggest attitude. I waited for 15 minutes just for them to say oh here it is now it’s cold

It’s comical to me how bad this chipotle location is compared to others in the CLT area. I have been to this location a handful of times and I’m pretty sure they’ve been out of something (chips, veggies, meats, toppings) every single time I’ve been there. 1/2 of the time there are no utensils. The line is FILTHY 90% of the time. I don’t know who is to blame but whoever orders the food, is doing a horrific job. Also add on the fact that the cooks rarely wear hair nets and there are a few people that make the bowls that literally roll their eyes with any minor inconvenience. Stay away

Don’t bother ordering DoorDash from this location. They’ll mess up your order, have items missing, and give you stale chips from the night before.

Ordered food online and came to pick it up. The order was incorrect. Additionally, the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Save your money and go someplace else.

The worst chipotle. Super messy and dirty. Walked in and was the only customer and I stood there waiting for five minutes while 10ish employees stood around laughing and talking. Out of so much and it was only 7pm. I’ll never come back to this location.
