Chipotle Mexican Grill

Crunchy rice, no pico, no lettuce, cilantro rice was over cilantroed, and their carnes asada was also over salty. We must have had an off night. Also they might have been trying to get ahead of closing duties they were cleaning out the garnishment side of the food table.

My bowl had HUGE chunks of onions in it, my entire bowl tasted like onions. Genuinely what is this. Thats just one of many that were in my bowl, If you wouldn’t eat this why are you serving it to other people? Please do better

So I love Chipotle. Let's start there. How've their customer service sucks. Not at the restaurant but the 800 number. They were no help to me logging in to my app. I don't have access to the phone to receive the 2 step verification. I already went several times and couldn't earn points. This time I was going with my family which is big and really wanted this points added. Needless to say she said my current points are just there and I can't use. Not cool Chipotle.

I had an online order of ~40$, went there to find my order was not there and they refused to help. This is preposterous

They reimbursed me. Went again today, they were out of cheese 🧀. Other than that the service was amazing 👏 and food is always good!

Upon walking in for my pick up i was truly disgusted at the cleanliness of this location. There were only 3 employees AND it was busy so that didn’t help. The tables and floors of the common space was filthy. The kitchen …. Absolutely wild in my opinion. The grill was black from all the char from cooking and then the scraps just built up on the end. The front line where the food is made, a mess. It’s very simple to wipe a counter properly and not with your hands as i saw then continue making a burrito. I just hope this gets better bc it’s not a good look at all when it comes to ppl food. They need more help to maintain

FILTHY! This location is disgusting there was rice and old veggies on the ground near the dumpster like someone dragged the trash through the parking lot and flies everywhere. Employees are very rude with bad attitudes food tastes like it’s been sitting out for days and they heated it up and served it. While in line look behind the glass the floor is filthy in that kitchen. Location is also always opening late for anyone door dashing.Never have ice and lobby is always kinda messy. Restrooms never have paper towels to dry hands on each of my visits.Overall bad experience each visit and eating here at night EVEN WORST! Bunch of kids doing whatever they want! Management very rude and nonchalant about helping customers 0 out of 10 SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!

This particular Chipotle has been hit and miss. Their new employees have been great, though. Friendly, attentive, and the food was well done. On the downside, Chipotle is expensive.

Trinity is the reason I’m here ! I’ve never thought to leave a review for chipotle, but the service I received from Trinity today was AMAZING. She fixed my bowl with a smile on her face, and ( I normally get this ) didn’t give me a side eye when I asked for a “tiny” bit of beans! Truthfully, I’ve never received that kind of service at Chipotle so I was pleasantly surprised! Shout out to Trinity ! Rated the food a 4 because my chips were a little stale and the guac could’ve used more mixing, it had big chunks. Outside of that, it seemed like everyone that was on this particular shift was just in a happy or at least decent mood which made the atmosphere a 5 rating. I hope Trinity is there when I come back !

It is Saturday, September 27, 2025 around 12:45 PM. I just left the Chipotle in Whitehall! The customer service was EXCELLENT! The 2 young ladies that were working up front were polite, helpful and just all around pleasant! I want Chipotle to acknowledge them because I haven’t had customer service so pleasant since they first opened!!

Prices are insane

My cousin went here and got terrible service and they left part of our order off. Then they refused to give a refund for THEIR MISTAKE! Do better chipotle!
