i'm not trying to ding this location's rating because i think rating chains is silly, but i'm hoping for a response from the owner to give some insight about why the rice is consistently crunchy. just curious. it's been this way for months and i always forget and go back lol

My partner and I decided to grab a quick lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Even though we had visited the location a few times previously and the overall experiences left us underwhelmed, we decided to give it another try. Firstly, the food was just okay. I decided to order the bowl, and he ordered the burrito. While they were decent, the food was lacking in the quality that I expected. During the preparation stage, my partner had to ask on a few occasions if he could more of an item (e.g. lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) added to his burrito. I am not sure if there was a shortage of ingredients but it definitely left me wondering. For my bowl, it was definitely a bit lackluster, and the flavors were not as bold as I had hoped. It definitely felt like something was missing in terms of taste. But what stood out the most was the customer service, or lack thereof. The staff seemed a bit lukewarm and uninterested in our presence. We knew they were busy because of the lengthy line when we entered, but it would have been nice to at least be greeted with a smile. It was disappointing because it almost felt like we were a burden to them. Will I return to Chipotle? Possibly... most likely because of convenience, not because of the amazing food or exceptional customer service.

I placed an order through the app and when I arrived at 9:30 pm to pick it up I found that the store is closed and they have a notice that they are only delivering online orders and that you have to enter and wait in line for it to be delivered, 20 minutes later Upon arrival they begin to prepare my order and tell me that they do not have veggies, sour cream and they do not have the chips that I had paid for. Terrible service and product at this location ??

So I love Chipotle and I’ve come to this location many times before. This particular time, though, was just unsatisfactory. I ordered food ahead of time at 10:50, it wasn’t ready until 11:20 because they were waiting on the chick Al pastor. This is something that needs to be prepped ahead of time. People that ordered ahead were getting food ahead of all of us that ordered online because we are all in a rush. Not only that, staff didn’t not acknowledge us and didn’t even say sorry about the inconvenience. I honestly would have brushed it off had they been apologetic. Also, because so much food was sitting there the steak ended up being completely BURNT because I had 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak order. I just think they need to run a tighter ship.

I stopped at this location yesterday for a later afternoon lunch. Upon my arrival, one of the first things I noticed was how many staff members there were. There were probably 5 or 6 standing near the register alone and the others were behind the counter/in the kitchen space. The person helping me seemed to have minimum customer service, as she wasn't she least bit outgoing-friendly. I ordered a burrito bowl and a drink, hoping to sit inside and eat while I worked. My total was $18 and some change. Crazy expensive in my opinion but that's where we are these days. Anyway, I see the man who had ordered before me going back to the counter to ask for something. In the meantime, I go to fill up my drink cup. No ice in the machine. I see then that he must have asked about forks because the girl at the register was opening a new box of forks. I couldn't help but notice how dirty the counters/floors were and how empty everything was. There was no juice or tea in the containers beside the drink machines. With all of the staff there, I find it hard to believe that they didn't have time to complete the minimum tasks to create a clean/pleasant environment. Once she finally had the box of forks open, him and I are standing there, waiting to get our forks. We stood there and stood there. She walks away for a second and I finally just go over and grab a fork and walk away because in my opinion, to offer the best customer service, she should have turned around, given us the forks we had been standing there waiting on, and then continued filling up the (multiple) empty containers. As I walked out, I left my drink cup empty on the table because I didn't have it in my to wait for someone else to fill the ice in the drink machine.I write this in hopes that someone from a higher management level will see this and make changes to better this location. I'm in customer service and if I had a team operating this way I would be embarrassed to say the least.

I have never wrote a review in my life. I’ve gotten terrible food delivered before but this takes the cake. From the moment I opened the bag I knew it was going to be terrible. My burrito was half the size it should be and poorly thrown together. There was about 5 pieces of steak and an entire tub of sour cream thrown in. I payed extra for queso which was missing. My wife’s crispy tacos were soft tocos and smushed together in tin foil. The chicken tacos were just cheese rice and lettuce. And to top it all off the chips were stale. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered for lunch through DoorDash. The entire order was incorrect, but didn't want it to go to waste so i ate the food that was brought to me. Just threw up about 30 minutes after i ate it. If you try to call the store, you can't even get through to speak with a human. Will not order from here again

This place is a scam! They charged my sister $3.20 for two extra of the vinaigrette when two is suppose to come with the salad. She doesn’t go to Chipotle and was picking this up for me and didn’t know better but if I would’ve known I would’ve said forget it. None of the chipotle where I live charge! They also didn’t mention it to her that it was extra, almost $4 extra that cost just as much as the bag of chip and guacamole together!!!!

I was hesitant to try this location because it's relatively new but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is well seasoned, noticably better than other Chipotle's I've dined at. The night time manager, female with brown hair and tattoos, goes out of her way to make feel guests welcome. It's easy to tell that she is the wind to this locations sails and it's smooth sailing the few times I've been here.Update: I visited this restaurant at 9:00 p.m. and they were out of fajita vegetables, sour cream, and beans. The staff was unwilling to throw in guacamole given the inconvenience. Shameful.
