Don’t order online or they’ll cut half of your order and there’s no refund. Put in a mobile order, pre-paid, and then they made half of the order with what they had left (put in the order an hour before closing) and then just packaged it up like it was normal. No refund offered and Chipotle’s chat feature is useless. Really abysmal customer service and you’ll pay for something you didn’t order.

Do not eat packet! I bet I could get some money out of this. Insane… they said they didn’t have any forks so I had to find my own. I asked for eating at the restaurant they prepared it for take out. They didn’t stock the drinks. The lettuce tastes like germ-x… worst experience

it was my first time ordering from this location and I had it delivered. I was shocked when I looked on the reviews because I am very satisfied with my order. I ordered a chipotle bowl and they were not stingy at all. They really did come correct. There is a chipotle literally three minutes away(WALK) from me and I’d rather choose this one over that one because of how generous they were with my food. although I didn’t go in and experience it, considering I ordered online and they still gave me a good amount and everything I asked for is honestly just a blessing, considering chipotle do be stingy sometimes.

There always understaffed not worth it
By far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.
Showed up around 3pm to find the front doors locked. Walked around to a side door labeled “exit only”—also locked. Another customer opened it and said employees were telling people it was “mobile order only.” We pushed back, and only then did they reluctantly let us order inside.
While I placed my order, a worker was just putting the cash drawer in the register—at 3pm. Most tables were dirty, trash bins were overflowing, and it looked like no one had bothered to clean anything all day.
There were five employees standing around, clearly unmotivated and uninterested in serving customers until we forced the issue. This wasn’t just bad service—it felt like active laziness.
I filled out the survey on my receipt, but I doubt it’ll matter unless someone actually holds this team accountable.

Stingy on the portions. Kid at the counter argued with me claiming it was a full scoop of protein when it wasn’t. Makes it awkward for customers to speak up.

Food didn't taste bad. Service wasn't great. I understand I went in near closing, but it seemed to me it was more important for staff to make sure they were getting their food together than the customers. Then, with 1 off 3 bowls, I got was fixed like they were feeding a toddler, but drowned it with sour cream. The atmosphere was fine, someone was cleaning at that time.

This is the closest chipotle to my work and both times I have visited they have been out of very key items on their line. My first visit they ran out of both rices, so myself and the 20 others in line were forced to wait 10 minutes. Then when I made it to the front I was told they were out of burrito tortillas. Then I paid for a soda and they were out of ice. Decided to try them again today as everyone has off days. Today they were out of white rice and veggies. The brown rice I had to get instead was way too salty and ruined the taste of the meal. Will not be returning to this location.

This location NEVER has fajita veggies. If you order online they'll just not include them, if you go in person they won't even offer to make more if you wait. It doesn't matter what time you go they almost never have them. This is the last time I'm disappointed. Going to a further location it is.

Dont eat hear late night. I went there on June 19th at 9pm, two hours before closing. They were out of brown rice, sour cream and vegetables. They were out of cooked chicken when I arrived. The place is a giant flipping mess. Get better!
