I had a mobile order and they forgot my sour cream and Chimichurri. I went to the location and that girl with the black and blonde pixie & a gap was extremely rude and ugly for no reason. She yelled in front of the whole store that she didn’t believe I had an order. This is the second time she’s been rude, loud, and disrespectful to me.

I have eaten at many Chipotles and can honestly say that this was the best Chipotle I have ever had out of hundreds of meals. The staff was excellent the food was amazing. The restaurant was very clean.

We came in two nights ago to order food. I placed mine online, got a cheese quesadilla. My boyfriend however ordered his in person, and got half steak half chicken bowl. hours after eating early the next morning, he got violently sick. We think the meat or something in the food was contaminated. Never going back here.

Why would you have digital only quesadillas. That makes no sense. Can you please change this why would you have the ability to make it but not make it for people in the store???

Genuinely the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. The women who check me out dropped my bowl, chips and queso in the bag which cause the chips to break and the queso almost to spill then she tossed it at me on the counter. She also did not even speak one time.

Avoid this place if you want what you pay for and it made right because they don't do that. I guess they got orders to skimp the customer for more money. You ask for extra and get less and they want you to pay for even a normal amount.

Used to be a good spot. On sept 5th, gentleman working mobile order desk was cursing, threatening people, and had really bad attitude. The printer had low ink and the names were unreadable, so the man told us to open the bags and check the food because he’s been helping people read names all day and he has to close up. Just like many other chipotles- the employees being hired to work are very disrespectful. My bowl was made completely wrong but I could not even say anything because I didn’t want confrontation. Save yourself time, frustration, and for your safety just go somewhere else.
