One of the best Chipotles I’ve visited, portions, service and cleanliness all on point
Just pulled this out of the chip bag, enough said..
The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The place is always dirty and I have a problem every time I go it seems. They’re either out of everything or refuse to take your order there making you use the app to have to wait 30+ minutes for pickup. Just ridiculous. Save yourself time and go to the south end location.
1. The service here is atrocious (rude/unfriendly) - one of the serving black dude stares and serves as if he wants to pick fight with you.
2. The portions are served with poorness
3. The place is wildly dirty and is a mess
I get it that workers could have been drowned in work related tiredness but its totally unacceptable to be rough to anyone.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to one of your Chipotle locations. Unfortunately, it was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had with your brand.
The service was subpar, and the overall demeanor of the staff gave the impression that customers were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The location was out of several key ingredients including beans, vegetables, and had limited protein options. Despite the lack of available items, I was still charged full price for a bowl that was noticeably under-portioned compared to what I typically receive.
While I understand that inventory shortages can happen, it’s important that customers are informed ahead of time—especially when it significantly impacts the value and quality of the meal.
As someone who used to be a loyal Chipotle customer, this experience has made me reconsider where I choose to dine. For now, I’ll be taking my business to SWEETGREENS!
Just throw the entire store away. How on earth are you out of several ingredients at 7 p.m. including cheese. Laughable. Looking at recent reviews, the owner and Management could care less. I get everyone wants to go home when it's closing time but the customer experience goes out the door. In lieu of an copy and paste response, notes should go to corporate because they are giving the brand a bad reputation.
Service is diabolical, serving sizes are terrible, staff always has major attitude. Turned me off to chipotle as a whole, this spot is a shame
This is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. Not only is the quality so much lower than any other chipotle, their service is a nightmare. They are rude and provide no customer service experience.
Pretty good food for a Chipotle but the service was really stand-out and the atmosphere was casual. Shot-out to the great cook that let my little brother get a free drink
I love chipotle but this location never fills the bowls enough. It’s always half empty, even other locations in Charlotte are better.

Stopped in here for some dinner and decided on a bowl. The girl that waited on me was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and just didn’t care. There was another person in front of me and when my turn came I smiled and spoke but she didn’t. I asked for white rice and she proceeded to put a large clump of rice in the container and then she smashed it down with her hand. I asked for fresh rice but she totally ignored my request. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted chicken again ignored. I repeated myself and she put as little as possible in the bowl. I continued with what I wanted . I wanted the hot salsa and was talking to the cashier and when I looked at my bowl she had put so much salsa on top that it was absolutely disgusting. All you could see was red and I asked her why she would put that much on there but she just gave me a sly grin. I have been eating there since it has been there but I will not pay to have someone who feels comfortable messing with a customer food in any way. I have been in the food service industry for over forty years and I have never deliberately messed with a customer order. This seriously needs to be addressed and fixed immediately because if it’s done to someone else a review may not be what a customer may just do
