Probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. The staff in the line to making orders is fine, some really really nice but most that definitely do not want to be there. Same with the staff on the line making to-go orders (separate line). Food quality is very very poor. 9 out of 10 times your to-go order is going to be wrong. This is one of the busiest Chipotle I have been too so I understand the wait and lag and staff not being overly pleasant but I think at the very least food quality should be mediocre. PLenty of places in uptown charlotte to visit instead of this restaurant

Chipotle really needs to give customers the option to choose non-spicy food. The tomato salsa and even the grilled steak are way too hot, even when nothing spicy is selected. Totally unacceptable for people who can’t eat spicy food.

Female with dreads who was making my burrito had a very rude tone, made me feel like I was making her angry just by ordering my food. For the price of the food, I’m definitely not satisfied. I was kind and said thank you, I didn’t do anything to deserve the attitude.
