Genuinely unacceptable. why did workers think this would even be okay. if you don’t have the containers for the quesadillas then at least separate the toppings with small containers….

Every time without fail I try and give this spot a chance they always let me down. One time I went in it smelled like old sour mop water. Another time they didn't have the food in the warmers. It was sitting on the counter behind them so all the food was cold, room temperature at best. And last night I wanted to try the carna asada and wouldn't you know it. There was any ready and it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. And I asked for a receipt, and they didn't have paper in the machine for receipts. That was their third strike with me. I'll never go back there. My wife actually made me go there last night or I would of nevered. They need to shut that down and put a cava there.

Place is a hole and corporate should be embarrassed. On top of that they always short me my toppings. Time for a chargeback and will order my food elsewhere

I like to see my food being made here but register was down so online orders only. Got a burrito. Rice was basically uncooked. Got a side of chips, they were stale. Asked for an item on the side, it was forgotten. No attention to detail. But on the bright side, prices are higher.

It was so trash in there, that I didn’t even order.
To be honest, almost all Chipotles looks this bad. This location always! I’d always give it the benefit of the doubt, it gets busy sometimes. But this day, there was nooooooo one in the store. So why?…Food everywhere, meat and toppings looked dry and untouched.
I honestly didn’t want to post this. But hopefully mine and every other review would encourage some needed change to this location, and all Chipotle’s. The caliber and quality is declining.
Lastly, who or what ever is triggering the automatic responses from Chipotle to these reviews need to stop. No one is clicking that link to post another complaint. Just fix the problem and stop serving brown guacamole and stale chips. Thank you.

While I understand why people are complaining about this location I at the same time somewhat don’t. Ordered 3 bowls because doordash had a 25% for one and I do consistently like the burritos. Read the reviews and kind of regretted ordering but when I got there everything was clean, they were nice and simple didn’t do the “how can I clearly be fake nice to you” and I checked the bowls and they were fine. Only slight complaint is I paid for adobo sauce and didn’t get any and they stacked the hell out of my bowl with beans, other than that it was perfectly fine.

This chipotle is terrible. They never have all of the ingredients. I have been twice and they were out of hard taco shells and fajita veggies,.Today there was no ice, no napkins, and no syrup in the drink machine. Management needs to work on this store.

first time going got in there stood 20 min without any one helping me when I ask they was like we doing a big mobile order I understand that but they should have said something but they got a sign on door saying sumtin that's not the point don't just have guess standing lookin like a fool I will not be going back and didn't have proper gear on that location need to do a lot of in-service on customer service

Every time I come here I have to clean a table myself to sit down, have to order online because “the system is down” and feel like I’m committing a crime by ordering or asking for anything Because of the employees attitudes.
