The GM here does nothing with regards to complaints. I found a hair in my food from one of the male workers who was too busy listening to music on his earbuds to hear me. There's no food safety here, and when I spoke to the GM, he just laughed and walked away. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Worst Chipotle in existence. They’re always out of stock, understaffed, and just a horrible experience every time I try to go. (It’s right by my house and I love chipotle). I’ve started to drive 20 minutes to concord so I don’t have to deal with this one. Avoid at all costs.

I love chipotle… but to be out of more then one item @6pm just seems like a supply issue or lazy employees… I’ve been here multiple times and they are continually out of stuff unless it’s 11am. Consistency is key and this is something this store just doesn’t have.

I live right around the corner. There is all something wrong with the store. The fact that I have to complete a mobile order. In order to receive regular service is insane. Sometimes they are only accepting cash or only accepting card. It’s always something missing or they are close due to etc….It just sucks cause this store is never consistent. I actually dread going to chipotle because it always something today it’s their only taking mobile orders due to staff.

easily the best chipotle i’ve been to in charlotte. not sure what’s going on in the other reviews but every time i go, my order is perfect, the people are friendly, and everything is always done in a timely manner. shoutout to the asian guy (don’t know his name sorry) that’s usually working the mobile order station, he needs a raise!
