This place is absolutely disgusting! workers are not wearing gloves, they are also out of everything. Last night they only had chicken no beans no rice no guacamole no lettuce. At the drink machine there were a million ants crawling around the counter this place needs help and I hope they get it soon!

Just know that they won’t give you an extra scoop if you ask. They act like the bowl comes out of there paycheck and they have the worst attitude when you ask more. Go to a different establishment that’s worth the price.

Typically I love Chipotle but there is something very off with this location. For example, they have combination locks on the bathroom doors that presumably require a code from an employee to enter. I have never seen that in a restaurant before and can't help but wonder if it is within code. It seems very customer-hostile.Last time I visited I noticed a lot of people standing around waiting and no one in line. When I went to get in line, one of the employees said "We are only taking online orders today". I thought, OK, I'll place an online order and then wait like all of these other folks. I sat down and completed my online order and then when I tried to submit, the app told me "This location is not currently accepting online orders". At that point I gave up and went to a different restaurant instead.I love Chipotle and this is the most convenient location to me, but I probably will not go back and if I want Chipotle in the future, I will drive further to go to a different one.

Normally I won't be picky, but my husband and I ordered from here and literally everything was wrong. We both got bowls and both were identical when we ordered very different bowls. Plus the identical ones we got had things neither of us ordered and some stuff my husband couldn't eat. We also got chips and queso and only received the queso. AND we ordered a side tortilla and got ONE kids tortilla

This location should either close and relocate/rehire new people or upper management should be assessed. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but with this being the only chipotle for 20 mins or further i should not be penalized because of the side of town i live on. I can count on one hand how many times our order has been right. Don’t bother ordering the salad because they will never include the vinaigrette. The reason we go here is for convenience, but I would avoid at all costs. I mean look at the other reviews! I’m pretty sure the staff sits around throwing the ingredients in the bowls or tortillas as they wish not even caring about the order. Please close and open on Rocky River. How are you gonna leave out guacamole on a VEGETARIAN salad??

The tables were dirty; the floors were filthy; the garbage was overflowing at the top; the flatware bar had no spoons, forks, napkins, or mild hot sauce. After I reported the empty service bar, & I was using a kind tone all along, the person in charge made no comment & proceeded in a very slow manner to fill the 3 napkin containers without offering me one or moving in any normal speed to get me a fork. (It occurred to me he might be handicapped, drugged, or intentionally rude. But I overheard his very competent sounding conversation with his coworker before I left.). The servers were rather indifferent.This is the FIRST negative review I have ever written. I have been a big fan of Chipotle food, but I will reluctantly & sadly give it up—if I ever walk into another Chipotle that is managed in this way.
