Management is clueless. They had an attitude because I wanted a refund for hair being in my food. The place is extremely nasty tables were dirty. Drink station was turly nasty.

Servers were kool for the most part although no one geeeted me coming in or before taking my order. Then I get all the way home just to realize you all gave me cold barbacoa!! The audacity and the prices we pay for yaw to give cold foood. Definitely will be disputing this. Highly disappointed

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my experience today was very disappointing. The server gave me a noticeably small portion of chicken for my bowl compared to other customers. When I asked politely for a little more, I was told I could only get extra rice or fajita instead. If I’m paying the same price as everyone else, I should receive a fair portion. The service felt dismissive and left me unsatisfied with my meal.

The manager is WORTHLESS! Went to pick up a mobile order and the order did not come through due to a system error. I was still charged. The issue I had was with the manager. He couldn’t care less. In fact he walked off and didn’t care at all. This is NOT customer service. He should not be in the position that he is in. He wasn’t helpful in any capacity!
