So this the second time I have ever been to a chipotle, and this the only one I have ever been too because I stay like right near.. I encountered the same thing both times they are very rude .. the Hispanic girl looked at me like I was dumb when I was talking to her.. The manager needs to have a people skills class with them.. I won’t be back because my first experience was the same. Do better..

Did a pick up order to be ready at 5:30pm. Came in at 5:35pm and it wasn’t on the shelf. Asked if it was ready yet and the employee gave me an attitude saying it wasn’t. Waited a few more minutes. Asked again when it would be ready. Same employee said they had to make more chicken. I waited a few more minutes. She finally came over with my order and dropped it in front of me and then walked away. Came home to eat my food and there is no chicken in it at all. Highly upset with my order and the service

Horrible service. I was the only customer in the store and I still had to stand in line for over 5 minutes before I was greeted by the staff. One guy looked me in the eyes while he wiped the counter down and then he turned away to do other tasks. I could understand if it was busy but that’s just horrible customer service and rude honestly.

Should’ve asked her name, but the woman who served me was very friendly! Very fast and efficient. I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me some. Good quality and the atmosphere is nice too. This is my go to chipotle place for sure.

My recent visit to this Chipotle location was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware.
I stopped by early in the morning during my work break and purchased a bowl. When I returned to work and began eating, I discovered multiple plastic particles throughout the food, and the bowl was overly salty. Concerned, I contacted corporate to file a complaint. The representative was very kind and quickly located my receipt after I provided the purchase details and provide me with two complimentary bowls.
Later that day, during my next break, I went back to the store to request a refund or replacement and explained everything to the manager. Since I had discarded my physical receipt, the manager (young Hispanic) stated she could only offer a replacement, which I accepted.
That’s when the situation took a turn for the worse. Initially, one employee began preparing my replacement bowl, but another woman stepped in and took over—and her attitude was incredibly unprofessional. She became combative and argued with me about the plastic pieces I found, insisting they weren’t plastic, despite me explaining that I had pulled them directly from my mouth. She even picked up the chewed pieces with her bare hands from the napkin I had them on and continued arguing.
At the register, she spent several minutes scrolling through the system and then claimed she couldn’t locate my receipt—despite me already explaining that the manager had confirmed it earlier. She grew more rude and dismissive, saying, “Well, I can’t find the receipt so I don’t know,” after already throwing away my bowl that wasn’t even half-eaten.
When I asked what the next steps were, she replied, “Well, if you want it that bad, you can have it,” and pushed the bag toward me in front of other customers. The manager witnessed everything and did absolutely nothing to correct her behavior.
This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The food quality was unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude was even worse. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management takes steps to improve both their customer service and food safety.
I will say, the replacement bowl was much better !

Messed up the customers burrito before me. Started the end of the customers bowl behind me while mine was just sitting there. Very unorganized. Walked out. Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Overall 3 stars given the location but soon the traffic will impact your accessibility and additional wait times. Just walk.

The service at this chipotle located in mallard creek was amazing. I made it to the location exactly at the time they were scheduled to close, and even after a long shift the workers still took the time to cater to me. I really appreciate the service here and the manager who’s name is “Ajaih” was the sweetest and made sure that I was able to get my meal. This location has just recently opened and I love the attitude from all the workers. They definitely deserve more than just 5 stars!!
