Out of everything every time you go there. No efforts to restock the line. Every worker looks miserable. I go back expecting it to get better, never does. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to visit another Chipotle from now on.

They were nearly out of barbacoa, so the young man behind the counter offered me half-and-half with chicken. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me for a full order of barbacoa, the more expensive meat. When I politely protested, another young man behind the register said, “I just work here.” A third young man, who seemed to have some authority, then told me that it’s their policy to charge full price for any half-and-half order, even if they suggest it. So, it’s your policy to overcharge your customers? Buh-bye!

After we ate at this Chipotle location my family played a game. How low would the Google review rating be. My son got it right at 3.3. This location is dirty, poorly run, staff were in another planet, they don’t communicate and the food was a hot mess. You don’t also see the “finger spoon” used this much to serve food at a Chipotle. I suggest they abandon the metal spoons altogether and just mash it in with their hands. And maybe wipe up the counter a bit when not busy. And how about don’t wipe your hair with the serving gloves. And if you do shame shame now you should change the gloves. That would be nice.

I went, and it was 40 minutes before closing and they told me they had no chicken while they were in the back making the chicken. I love chipotle and I love food. But the manager wasn’t even trying to tell the girl to say they had chicken. And they were being rude without hair nets on. I’m really mad because I wanted my chicken bowl and that’s all I can eat, I’m allergic to beef and pork. Like…. Please fix this. I want a free meal or something, I waited all day to come and get some chipotle and couldn’t even eat. I’m so disappointed in yall. Do better

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. I asked for my receipt, and the cashier told me it was in the trash and suggested I dig it out myself. When I asked her to get it, she refused. I asked her to reprint it, and she claimed she couldn’t. Instead of trying to help or finding someone who could, she gave me a horrible attitude. If she was new or unsure, she should’ve said so, but her dismissive and rude behavior was unacceptable. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I don’t think I’ll ever return to Chipotle. Absolutely awful.

What is going on with Chipotle at Southpark Mall! I feel like they have gone downhill and my husband and I will not be going back.
Today, we got there around 1:30pm. The last 3 times we visited, they were out of hard taco shells, which was the case today. They were scraping the bottom of the containers for black beans, Pico and shredded cheese. They also had no forks, and the machine was out of ice. While we waited for them to refill the ice, our food got cold. It also felt unsanitary after I looked around. Goodbye Chipotle Southpark Mall!

10/10 experience!! The team working here at 7:14pm on 12/3/24 is AWESOME!! This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in NC. The customer service was beyond awesome.

I really appreciate great customer service at any establishment, but the food being delicious was the cherry on top.

Thank you to the men that were working tonight. Thank you for the great food, customer service, & respect you showed.

They not only served me & my family, but they handled another situation going on with another customer really well.

All in all great interaction, delicious food, & A+ team. They give better hospitality service than MANY restaurants.

I visited the Chipotle at SouthPark Mall, and while it was super busy with a long line, the staff did their best to manage both the crowd and the cleanliness of the space, which was a challenge given how hectic it was. Despite the chaos, the food was delicious as always—flavorful and fresh. Great effort by the team under pressure!

This location needs to do better. Staff can be hit and miss. Mostly miss. Chips are always stale. Attached is a picture of how busy they are that they disable online ordering. Do better.

Genuinely do not go here. The food is fine but the service is horrendous. They all make you feel like such an inconvenience for coming in and they are so unprofessional and extremely dismissive. If you want to leave the place feeling upset and frustrated then go here.
