0/10 would not even recommend working here. walked in for a 320 interview at 305 just to be told to come back on monday??? i was not called at all and just wasted my time and i genuinely wanted to work here even tho the reviews are constantly talking about how horrible the staff members are. y’all gotta do better cause that’s ridiculous and just wasting peoples time.

I went into the store at 10:45 11/7/2024 and they said they was closed but online they have y’all closing at 11 so please make that make sense and her reason is we are closed … smh and I’m trying to tell her it’s food right there while she was throwing it away smh bad customer service and this is not the first time night shift tried to play and closed early ….

Honestly the best chipotle I’ve had in forever. Portion was actually normal.

To the owner:franchisee- pay your workers more and hire better please. This location gets BUSY and I can see that a couple employees are carrying the whole staff.

This place was dirty and did not have enough employees for the amount of people that seemed to come through.

Vegetarian options: They do not understand how to portion, as after my group came through they started running out of some items.

The rice was overcooked and the workers were actually arguing in having disagreements in front of the customers it made us feel a bit unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Came in 45 mins before close, there was 5 people standing behind the line, I came up to order, literally nobody said anything to me. It’s not even like they were talking amongst themselves and just wanted to finish their conversation before saying something to me, it was just silent and they were avoiding eye contact with me lol. I literally said “ummm are you guys open orrr?” One of employees said “yeah but we’re out of pico, lettuce, corn, fajitas, sour cream” and like two other things. I thought to myself, whatever it’s fine, I’ve worked in restaurants before, restaurants run out of stuff at the end of the night from being busy all day. So this woman proceeds to make my bowl and it was just so awkward the whole time because she seemed so pissed I dare come in 45 minutes before close. I started to think they just put half the ingredients away so people would walk out once they told them based on the vibes I was getting in there. I understand if it’s a sit-down restaurant and I sat down 10 mins before close, but this is chipotle, relax, I’ll be outta here in 2 minutes. Anyways, that was just weird. Would not recommend.

When I first walked into the chipotle the entire counter was covered with food and the tables was dirty. All the food was cross contaminated for example corn in the rice and tomatoes and corn mixed up. Customer service was terrible I will not be going back there again and I recommend no one to go to this specific chipotle location.

Don’t waste your time with this place, this chipotle is soooo bad. The food is always so horrible. We’ve given this place several times and tried to use Uber eats and Uber can t resolve it so forget even ordering from here. We ordered 4 items only received one. (Steak salad) No steak, added cheese (I specified I have an allergy), no corn, no salsa and nothing else I requested. This picture is the trash I received, please just shut this place down..

I would avoid this location as it’s ran by very rude and disrespectful employees who lie on customers to avoid getting in trouble. I had a simple coupon I wanted to use and instead of honoring it they stated it had to be done online, which was a complete lie. It gave the option to “scan in restaurant” which I tried explaining to the manager Jasmine with the braids, (who actually refused giving her name at first) but instead she was completely unprofessional on the phone then hung up on me rather than helping resolve my issue as we were still by the restaurant. Then lied to the GM stating I cursed at her. No integrity at all at and if they’re willing to lie about something so minuscule then they are not to be trusted. Horrible experience and of course nothing was done to make it right. I had to call corporate for anything to be done. Been living in the area for 6 years but I don’t mind avoiding this location since who wants to deal with unnecessary attitudes just because they hate their jobs?

Unacceptable Customer Service at Chipotle

I recently had a shocking experience at my local Chipotle that left a bad taste in my mouth - literally and figuratively. After realizing my order was incomplete within minutes of receiving it, I drove back to the store only to be met with disbelief and disrespect from the staff. What's even more disturbing is that they didn't even bother to review their security cameras to verify my claim, instead, they chose to accuse me of lying.

*Missing Item and Disputed Claim*

Upon leaving the checkout area, I inspected my order and noticed the chips were missing. I immediately returned to the store, less than 5 minutes later. I politely informed the cashier about the missing item, and shockingly, they accused me of lying. I requested to speak with the manager, who claimed to be the same person. When I offered to verify the missing item by checking my bag and car, he refused and reiterated the accusation.

*Security Cameras Can Confirm*

I explicitly suggested reviewing the security cameras to confirm my story, but the manager refused. This would have easily validated my claim, as the footage would show I hadn't left the premises for long and hadn't tampered with my order.

*Lack of Accountability and Apology*

What's worse, the manager never apologized or acknowledged his mistake. Instead, I was forced to purchase another order of chips to rectify the situation. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and blatant dishonesty is appalling..

*Warning to Potential Customers*

Be cautious of inaccurate orders and unhelpful staff. Double-check your order before leaving, and be prepared for a potentially frustrating experience if issues arise.

I hope Chipotle takes steps to address these issues and regain customer trust. Until then, I'll think twice before returning.
