Omg!! Why didn't I read these reviews before I went!! What a nightmare. The line was to the door! Fully staffed mind you, the service was awful!! What happened to the toppings they used to offer?! Like cilantro, fresh salsa?!! Wth this is a Mexican based restaurant. No one was making fresh guacamole, so why was the rice under cooked! Like it was rinsed and a few pieces of cilantro sprinkled in before serving. The girls on line had weave down their backs, please cover it or tie it back when serving food. The customer in front of me asked for salsa and Ms. I look too good to be working here said "well she can wait!" Young lady are you at home or work? Management check out who was working tonight and proceed accordingly. This location is literally a mile away from me, the only reason I came to this location. With that said the rice and chicken was cold! I thought with a long line fresh hot food. Wrong! Needless to say I won't be back. If you had a delivery tonight I'm sure your food was already cold before the delivery person got it! Please tip your driver it's not their fault. I'll be making the trek to Southwest Moe's from now on. Chipotle doesn't need my business and I don't want to inconvenience them by doing their jobs. Oh s/n on the vinegarette dressing. When I order an adult meal, I expect and adult portion of dressing. I received half a portion of rhe dressing. Smh

Online order-Entire order was wrong. Veggie bow, for a vegetarian had meat in it. Other parts of the order were also wrong. Won’t go back

I have been to this location twice in an attempt to order food. This last time I got there a little after ten. They already had all the cold things out on one of the back tables (not refrigerated) and didn’t have any chips, for the second time. What is the point of being “open later”, if the food isn’t going to be handled properly and you’re not going to have the full menu. The staff doesn’t greet you, and genuinely did not give a crap that I had walked in. I went to Wendy’s instead.

I Dont know the manager’s name but she worked today sunday 1/16/25 5:00pm. Everytime i see her i get excited because i know the food is going to be good and the team is efficient. When she is not there, it takes atleast 20 minutes to get my food , the staff is unpredictable and unprofessional.BUT When this particular manager is there , SHE RUNS A TIGHT SHIP! So thank you for great and efficient work you and your team really get it done.

This used to be one of my favorite places to come when the spoon shaking started at other places. Well now they're doing it. For 14 dollars a bowl they shouldn't be shaking the spoon. I'm over eating at any of these places from now on. 😒

I ordered a regular burrito and a quesadilla and this is what I got. I don’t think chipotle has a proper management. My food looks and smells really rotten which disappoints me because I was really looking forward to eating this tonight. If you read this please put this into some consideration before choosing to eat here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The service was very poor. Jada was not nice to my husband and I. Simple request for toppings down the service did not get met and she quickly sealed the bowl up. We asked can she open it back up so we can see what is on the plate she said no, anything else would be put on the side and quickly moved us along.

The water cups we received were dirty. Chipotle corporate please make a stop to this location because this is not how guest should be treated especially with growing prices.

My order was completely wrong I called the company to have my order fixed and I make them aware of the situation they told me they do not take orders on over the phone I asked them could they please make my order because they requested me to bring back the order that was messed up I let them know that I was on break this is why my order was called in and I would not able to wait for my order to be fixed could they replace my order and I just come and pick it up and give them the order that was messed up the guy that answered the phone hung up on us he was very rude very disrespectful I attempted to go to the store when I reached the location. I found the voice that I was talking to, he told me to move away from his counter, he even asked one of his coworkers to move me from the counter, I stated to him, I wish she would move me, I'm not in anybody's way, he became very disrespectful, as if he was not on the clock, I told him, please, don't make me act out of character because I will, it is not that serious over some food, he told me he can get out of character to let him know that I was not on the clock, he was, he stated to me that he could get off the clock. I guess because he's gay he felt he was on a real woman's level. Don't get me wrong I'm all for equal rights but to step to as iF not knowing what your outcome would be approaching a woman is a very bad decision. The nerve of him to tell me he can get off the clock and we both can step outside. YOU'RE NOT A WOMAN HOW DARE YOU

The staff are very rude at this location! They have no customer service experience and need to be trained on how to interact with customers! The cashier here today threw a cup of vinaigrette at my 14yr old child because she asked for more! If her asking for more offended you, we could have paid for the extra sauce but I was under the impression you get 2 vinaigrettes per entree. I was not present, but if I had been, things would have probably turned for the worst because how intimidating and disrespectful to throw something at a child!

The staff that works here are rude. They are often chatting and smiling with each other and then cold when they deal with you. Any time i order something through a Mobile platform my order is incorrect. It legit never fails. If it’s not wrong it’s thrown together without any care. I decided to eat inside the store one day and needed to fully wipe down the table and chair with wipes because it was visibly dirty. Then had to go to the counter for cutlery because there was none out. Work on your training practices or hire a new staff because everyone in the review section can’t be lying.

Today is my birthday and all I wanted was a good Chipotle burrito. Well.... The guy who made my burrito made it so sloppy which was not enjoyable to eat because I used a fork...When I wanted a BURITTO. The cashier asked if I would like anything else and I remembered a quesidilla for my child. Cashier and the man who cant fold a burrito instantly got an attitude and proceeded to be rude to be for the remainder of the transaction. Do your job with a smile on your face. Nobody is making you work there. I'm a regular customer and never expeirenced this. Mind you I was the only customer in the resturant ordering at this time. SMH
