Food is OK, has gone downhill a ton in the past years. Only writing this review now bc the past 4-5 times I have gone the work station is absolutely disgusting. Like rolling burritos on old sourcream & pico left on the counter the toppings are contaminated with eachother just gross. I am tempted to take a picture & send it to corporate but I hope they understand the problem & fix it.

I ordered through DoorDash and my steak was so burnt it wasn’t even edible, I also found random pieces of corn in my bowl, and nasty pieces of old lettuce. Just do yourself a favor and don’t order from here they are disgusting!!

So I came to this location today around 859 and there was three young ladies. One of them was chopping up chicken. It looks like one girl was standing at the register looking at me in my face as if like what are you doing here the other girl was working to go station. I stood in line for roughly 27 minutes. Nobody acknowledge me after about 15 minutes of standing in line and everybody just working as if this is not where the customers are standing, I asked if they were open the young lady at the register say yes the lady that was cooking chicken and looked at me and rolled her eyes as if I was the problem two minutes later a lesbian girl who I assume was the manager based off of the uniform comes out of the bathroom with a very young looking girl at the same time neither one of them washed their hands coming out of the bathrooms. They both put their aprons on and proceeded to start working on the line by this time, I’m completely over. It still haven’t been greeted so I walk out the door. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location ever again first of all it’s unprofessional for the manager to be coming out of the bathroom with an employee and is disgusting for them to be coming out of the same bathroom at the same time not washing their hands and it’s rude for none of the employees to acknowledge or take my order

They were spraying down the counter with food on the other side with cleaning spray. They removed the cheese, salsa and etc to start cleaning early. This location really needs better leadership and standards.

Terrible service. Ordered a to go order today, requested extra sauce on the side. When my husband asked for the sauce the “cashier” refused. He stood in line then once it got to him the person making the food went to the bathroom so he got back to the cashier and she still refused and walked past him to tell the to go person since “they were supposed to do it”. I get these people are young but have people who actually care and want to work because that’s just ridiculous and lazy.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order online for pickup, my order is wrong or incomplete. I always end up missing items that I paid for.
Today, I got home and realized I had no vinaigrette, no chips, and my bowl was barely half-filled—as if no one cared to make it properly. What exactly are the employees getting paid to do if the bare minimum isn’t even happening?
It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and not receive what you paid for. It shouldn’t be difficult to simply put the full order in the bag. And if ingredients are unavailable, customers should be notified before placing the order.
On top of that, what’s the point of having a rewards program if redeemed items never show up in the bag?
This level of carelessness from a franchise like this is unacceptable. We have got to do better because this is exhausting.

I ordered a chicken bowl online and picked it up and I would just like to say that this is the worst location chipotle has in the area. The workers are very rude and do not like their role. I can understand being overwhelmed with the traffic however there is no reason my order had half of what it usually does and the worker who I received the order from was not pleasant. I won’t be back.

They gave me super small portions. I can Literally count about 15 beans , the carne asada was on 1 side of my bowl . Chips are stale . Im really only upset about literally getting only 15 beans , she literally dropped a tad bit . I should’ve spoken out about it then and there .
