For the price it's just not worth it. Ive been here three times and first time was great with good portions. Strangley enough after the media buzz of increased prices + consistent big portions, the portions here are terrible on the protien now. Service at this location is highly questionable and you have to repeat what you want and watch carefully unless you dare risk a mistake.

Also, they have a problem where they will have items in stock for online orders and not in house customers. Stupid system where they will tell you they are out of something and you can visually see it on the other food line.

At the end of the day why would I spend 30-50 dollars here for two bowls when I can go to several other more affordable options with higher quality service and bigger portions.

The lobby is closed for ordering so you have to order through the app. They take their time which is not an issue but to still mess up on orders and have the lobby looking nasty is ridiculous! If I pay for one bowl with extra meat and one bowl with regular and get the same amount that looks like less than regular don’t try and tell me it was the standard amount. Haven’t been to chipotle in over 4 years and will not be going back again! This one location made me never want to visit a chipotle. Don’t get me started on the drink station with flys all around and the lemonade looking like just melted ice and that instant lemonade mix not fully mixed.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. For one they kept emphasizing they were “ready to go home “ as they were making my bowl … the cashier was rushing me and didn’t even give me a receipt. I found multiple pieces of fat that were supposed to be chicken. I’ve never had a bad experience at chipotle until today! To spend $12 on food that’s not even up to par is insane . I should’ve just went to cava.

The fact I can’t contact the actual store is soooooo frustrating. The chat box & automatics system sucks when you want a yes or no question. All I wanted to know was if the store had vinegarette dressing. Sometimes they run out so I need to know before I place my order . That’s IT. I couldn’t even get a proper answer bc it was too simple. What are yall doing, this whole robotic mess ya’ll have going on is not helpful AT ALL.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly with the evening shift. Several employees in the back were listening to uncut and unedited versions of music with explicit lyrics. Loud Cursing in conversation near the main lobby area while we are with our child eating out meal. The young man on the line was great! The kids working here need training in conversational ethics. With exception to the young man on the line, their dispositions left much to be desired. Last time for us here.

Usually the service here is really good but I'm a bit disappointed today. Instead of asking me again to make sure what I ordered, the guy put the wrong thing in. When I corrected the order, he didn't change the bowl to a new one but took the chicken out and put the steak in instead. Then I moved on to the salsa/sauce section, a different guy despite hearing I said just a little bit of the spicy salsa, he put a decent amount in.

Great location. Hwy 51 & Johnston Rd. 7pm. Not busy. 1 customer ahead of me being serviced by 1 worker allll the wayyy through the line including cashiering. Took literally 6 minutes. All the while, counted 5 additional workers doing various and sundry things, except helping the lone line worker service the one other customer in the line. A new tin of queso was brought to the line by one of the 5 workers. So then, the lone line worker pauses before helping me and takes his time refilling the queso. One would think at least one of the 5 would be a shift leader or at least have some situational awareness to service the customer in and keep things moving. Then, out of medium lids and dining room was a mess. Classic case of poor management at this location.
