So I’ve never been a fan of chipotle and tonight is one more reason! I placed an order online for nearly $80. My daughter wanted a side of rice which you could not order on the site so I ordered it when I got there. The “side of rice“ was more of a sample size and for the money I could have bought enough rice to feed a small village. Then as I’m leaving I check the receipt and see my other daughter ordered chips and queso - I looked in the bad….no chips. I went back in and was told they were out of chips. So I said, so no one was going to tell me you were out of chips and you just charged me anyway?!?! The manager came over and said sorry they forgot to mark them unavailable on the site. I said that fine but why would you charge a no one tell me? He said well
You will have to call the 800 # to request a refund. Really?!? And in regard to atmosphere- the place was filthy!!

Guacamole was $3-4for a half scoop. Got it for my son and didn’t realize until after I left. I paid almost $30 for 2 bowls. Not worth it

Wait til you hear what happened here! It was a salty experience, to say the least…
So I spent $40 for a bowl and a burrito, two fountain drinks, and “chips and salsa”.
As I was paying, I asked for salt because I remembered they don’t have salt shakers at the tables and the takeout station guy (TSG) next to the cashier tells him “you can’t give him salt” and he says “what?” and he says “you can’t give out individual ingredients, remember?” and I politely interjected, “they usually just give it to me in a little plastic ramekin.”
TSG says “Sorry, we can’t give out individual ingredients” and I say, “Okay then, perhaps I just buy some salt?” And he replied, “We just can’t.”
I replied, “Well I just paid you $40 for dinner; is there someone I could speak with to escalate this salt request?” So the cashier goes back and the manager emerges with a dirty look and a ramekin of salt.
THEN… I get to the table and my “chips and salsa” are just chips. So I go back to the counter and say “I assume I know the answer to this one, but can I get salsa for my chips, since I ordered chips and salsa?” and he looks at me and says “I’m sorry, but I guess I cant…” and I said “Can I buy some salsa please?”
So he charges me $1.75 for some salsa, bringing my grand total to $41.75 + tax for a bowl and burrito, two fountain drinks, a bag of chips, a plastic cup of salt, and salsa.
We decided to keep the salt to use for special occasions. Please promise me you will ask for salt if you visit this Chipotles.

I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years now. This location has consistently been out of dressing and the area where they put bowls together is very dirty. It is unfortunate, but I feel the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere is not very high.

Associate named Elizabeth, did not have delivery orders ready. She stopped to converse with another associate while drivers are waiting for orders. She hands me the order. I said I need you put the tamper proof sticker on the order. She points to the sticker with the customer's name as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I said no! You have to put the tamper proof sticker on so the customer who ordered this knows that their food was not tampered with. She was clearly mad because she had to do her job. I told her that she has a very nasty attitude. She is clearly unhappy with her job and needs to find another one. Also this location always looks like hell. They definitely don't clean frequently.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The portion sizes they provide are unbelievable small. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Every table dirty, trash overflowing out of the receptacles, beverage area dirty and the chips were stale. Food was ok.

The manager is easily one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Refusing to restock ingredients and just creating an uncomfortable environment for the other staff members that were just trying to do their jobs. Visited 11/27/24 at 6pm. Don’t go here.

I try to ignore negative reviews but honestly this is the worst chipotle i’ve visited in Charlotte. Besides the dirty story & portion size issues, I had an online order placed at 10pm (they’re open till 11pm) and when I got there the door was locked. The employee was mopping looks up at me and then keeps mopping ignoring me. I stood there 15 minutes and had 3 other people with me before they finally brought our orders to us. The owner seems to have no care about any of this as they just post a link and ignores the consistent issues at their store

I have given this location way too many chances. It’s right by our house so it is convenient. They never have fajita veggies available. The odds are 1 in 10 attempts that they will have them. Usually they run out very early for lunch and dinner and then don’t make more. Today was the first time I was told “we just didn’t make any today” and it was the last straw. Chipotle should offer a consistent product. I will not return to this location again. The level of care from the employees is also disappointing.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every table was dirty. Kitchen dirty. There was a new person training and he was so polite, but the manger was so demeaning to him. Instead of an automatic review response, maybe you should check out the location for yourself.

Just about every Chipotle I go into is trashed. This one was terrible. We walked in and there were 4 guests in the whole dining room and about 6 staff behind the counter having a party. After seeing how dirty it was and no one cleaning it up even though they were slow, we walked out. No way I’m eating the food in a dirty restaurant. What’s going on with Chipotle?
