Went in to the University City Blvd location and ordered a chicken bowl, two quesidilla kids meals with juice box and their chips. I had an rewards for Chips n Queso that I ordered. The total came to 30.93. I handed cashier $40,and he gave me $5.75. I'm looking at him like where's the rest of my money. He asked my son what kind of drink but I didn't notice my son ordered an $3.20 drink. I immediately told him to take off and he did. But he still didn't think he owed me more money. I never received my Chips & Queso. Originally the return cash was supposed to be $9.07, and refund the $3.20, which totals $12.27. I tried calling but no answer.

By far the worst Chipotle ever. Staff was very slow and distracted. They gave me the smallest portions ever as well. For the love of God, hire someone who knows how to wrap a burrito..you work at Chipotle…

Was watching an employee making food while waiting for my pickup order, he suddenly stopped and starting moving boxes that had been sitting on the floor, directly touching the bottom of them. Without changing gloves he DIRECTLY grabbed someone's food with his hands out of the toaster oven. Was the most unsanitary thing I've ever seen at a restaurant. Beware when ordering your food for pickup without watching them make it.

anytime I come to this chipotle I always get great customer service. They always put love into my bowl. Never had a negative interaction. I’ll make sure I always come to this one. This is my homebase chipotle I would not go to any other chipotle. great hospitality. I’m one loyal customer. everybody needs a raise.

Whoever cooked on 11/19 did a bang up, perfect job. The burrito was the size of an infant and the chicken in my quesadilla was seasoned to perfection.

Placed and order online went to pickup and the older lady handing the pickup had a terrible attitude, just a rude, i hate my job type of attitude. and they forgot to add my chips so I had to go back and deal with this miserable employee again

HORRIBLE staff and customer service at this location. By far the WORST chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Will not be spending any more money with this company after this. Multiple items missing from my order. The items I did receive in my pick up order was WRONG not even what I ordered. Manager refused to do anything about and was very rude, would not even check the receipt for accuracy. Never ever go to this location if you like chipotle, very bad experience.
