Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always feel like portion sizes are minimal for carry out orders at Chipotle - which was indeed my case. But otherwise, the food was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. And was as tasty as expected. The ly switched one of my bowls to a burrito and a burrito to a bowl. But we made it work.

I’ve been coming here 2-3x per week for a few months now during the week so you would think I shouldn’t have any issues. I liked this location because they pack the burritos but recently it’s been a hit or miss. A few weeks ago door dash appeared to have had a glitch and ordered me a burrito with just meat and cheese and I didn’t notice because I order the same burrito every time. Beef barbacoa with fillings, black beans, and brown rice. When I noticed how light the wrap was and went to my car and realized it was the wrong order, the employees plus manager were rude and basically told me I had to go through door dash, that they couldn’t re make it. So I stopped going there for awhile. I tried back and it was ok at first. Tonight I ordered my usual and to my surprise got steak instead of beef, meat was only on one side of the burrito then to add insult white rice instead of brown rice. Mom now it’s not difficult to make a burrito!

Dirty store. Trash full running onto floor in every trash can. Windows dirty. Employees nasty attitude .rice was under cooked. They need shut down and cleaned up. And need attitude checks

Found a piece of plastic in my food

Probably one of the stingiest Chipotle locations I've been to. And that's saying something. I mobile ordered which was my first mistake, cause then they can skimp you on food without having to worry about you saying anything. I got extra rice, extra cheese, extra fajitas and the bowl wasn't even halfway full. This has been my third time having an experience where they barely give you any food, and it will be my last.

We have been here twice in 2 weeks. The first time our bowls had so little chicken in them I couldn’t find it. And the couple chips we paid for as a side barely filled the bottom of the bag. Tonight there was a hair in the food. I left ratings/reviews through the app but no one has reached out. I would like these to be remade or refunded. We won’t be back until this is made right.

The food is great but the floor and tables are NEVER EVER CLEAN!! when I go to other Chipotle it’s not this way.

This location has been on point! They have really stepped their game up! The food is really good! I had some of the best chipotle ever tonight! Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!!
