Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Got a cup of chicken soup. It wasn't chicken soup. It was chicken mush, had to be at least a couple days old. There was no liquid in it. It was just mush packed into a cup. It was not soup.
Celery was old. Carrots were old mentioned to girl behind counter. She said they're cut up fresh daily. She didn't seem to get it. They cut up old celery and old carrots and put them in the tin. Very disappointed.
Fountain drink was good.

Customer service here is incredible.
Accidentally ordered from the wrong location and Angus helped me figure out what to do instead of directing me to drive another 30min. Incredible customer service and such a nice guy. Love Chopt and always appreciate a good person. Food is fresh and delicious as always!!! Ordered the Mexican Caesar wrap with tofu. 10/10.

$12 for Romaine and 3 toppings is ridiculous (also no offering of protein during my order) I asked for 2 different lettuce bases and he didn’t include. I won’t be back

When I came in here the first time with my friend, I thought this was chipotle lol because my friend wants to eat chipotle. But when we came in here, it looks really nice to be chipotle. So I guess you could say this is the opposite of chipotle. The food is really great if you want to eat healthier. It’s a little pricey, but the food is great and their salads. what I got is one of their fall menu the Ultimate Hummus Harissa Bowl. You can choose cauliflower rice or what rice they normally put in it. they also have wraps and salads if you want that besides a bowl.

Also, the staffs are very friendly if you want something just politely ask them and they will definitely put whatever you want on your order.

Overall, it’s really good. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to eat healthier, a vegan, on a diet, or want to eat something new.

Vegetarian options: if you’re vegetarian on a diet, or want to eat healthier in your lifestyle I would definitely recommend this place. Of course, if you don’t want chicken or any meat then you can let them know that you don’t want this certain meat on it. But they mostly have a lot of vegetables to try out to eat.

Parking: Parking is fine if you come at night before they close to die in or take out. They do have some handicap parking if you’re handicap. But I’m guessing at the daytime working can’t be a little fool because you also have other shopping district in this area. But you could pretty much park anywhere and easily walk across the street.

Fantastic customer service! Taylor was so helpful; she answered all my questions on the toppings and made me a yummy salad! Good portion sizes too, I chose the ‘make your own’ option.
