Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I come there at least once a week in order the chopped Greek salad, always had a great experience until today. I started eating the salad and there was some sort of stick in the salad and then all it was was a bunch of stocks off the lettuce and just to top it off I guess they had not washed the lettuce properly and it left and awful aftertaste like soap or Clorox. This was it approximately 12:30 today and I can still taste it. I will not be back, to many other good places to eat.

I love this place! but it bothers me so much that when ordering online, it says the order is ready when it’s not. and they haven’t even started making it in the store yet. Every time, it drives me crazy.

Got the sweet peach burrata bowl. Should have gotten the dressing on the side. I opted for light dressing but between the dressing and the honey drizzle it was completely soggy when I got home. Disappointing because the peaches were so sweet.

Isabel was an amazing server. She made sure my order was the way that I wanted it. I love that as busy as she was that she stopped to ask how my day was going. Her customer service was top tier. Thanks for the great dining experience.

Steph hooked it up fo sure! Had the best salad I’ve had in years. Everything was so fresh, the salad didn’t even make it home😂 the array of dressings was amazing and the one I chose complimented everything perfectly. You even get to sample them so you’re not stuck with one you didn’t like. I created my own but their menu is filled with great recommendations. And there are other things like wraps and even hot items so everyone can find something they like. 10/10 friendly staff especially Steph who was so patient with me I’m terrible at making choices and she worked with me and made magic! Great food! Great price! Thank you all so much!

This is my favorite “fast food” , I try to avoid junk food so when I’m on the road or don’t feel like cooking after a long day I stop here. Everyone is friendly, love their music playlist. Lena has been making my salads lately and she does a great job.
