Food was fresh, hot. Staff was okay, tried to be friendly but seemed irritated and a little impatient. Some of the games take your coins and you have to tell staff so they replace but I did not see them put signs to avoid future occurrences. Kids will just keep swiping not knowing their points are being deducted. They need to fix it up tbh.

We went to this location Saturday fo a birthday party. Big mistake, I have 3under3, ages 3, 1 and 7 months and they are all sick with the flu!!! We've avoided being sick so far this winter but as soon as we go to this place where our kids are supposed to be able to have fun without worrying about getting sick. But that's not the case here, they do no sanitize or clean. The most you'll see is someone sweeping. Smh this place needs to be shut down. Yall know it's flu season and know that people frequent this place with their children. I'll never ever go to chuck e cheese again and risk the health of my children. They didn't sanitize the entire time we were there and the birthday girl ended up with the flu too. Shame on yall!!!! If you don't want you kids getting sick avoid this place like the plague. I bet it's so many microscopic germs in this place, worse than the hospital.

So I'm an adult reviewing a children's entertainment complex. But from what I saw a large pizza was 20 dollars pretty steep for how meh the quality was. The games we got were unlimited for a certain amount of time which was great. The prizes were a joke though some games give a max of 6 tickets and it's hundreds to get a small candy. Overall probably won't bring my nieces or nephew's again

I booked a birthday party and it was very unorganized and extremely crowded space although the staff were all very nice. Upon entering, I told the host I booked a birthday and all he did was stamp be and let me through. No clue on where to go I went to the closest worker who guided me to the party tables. Not joking when I say there was like 1 foot of space between the tables. We were touching with the people on the next table making it hard to move through so we'd need to walk around the room to get to the end of the tables. This probably a part that 3 kids in my party are sick with RSV, strep, or a fever right now. The host was only attentive when it was time to pass the pizza out and to cut the cake. We had no clue of when the kids could play or come to enjoy dance time with Chucky which they missed most of because it's so loud you can't hear what's being announced so when I saw that Chucky was out I tried to gather as many of my kids as i could so they could enjoy the last few moments he was out. My son was excited for the birthday tornado blaster thing but he didn't get to even do that!

Animatronics were down when I went. Trying to get in touch with them to find out if they're working now. No one answers the phone.

This is a poorly managed facility. Children shouldn't be managing children. I waited 1.5 hours for two orders of fries that never came. The only helpful and attentive employee was the young gentleman on door duty. Every food service company should invest in continuous customer service training for young unprofessional staff. It doesn't take long for enough people, like myself, to take their kids and grandkids to other facilities...causing the closure of ones managed like this.

Well don't go here for the food. It is low end pizza like out of frozen food section. Do go here for kids to play games and enjoy themselves. You will enjoy if your food expectations ate low. Kids from 2 to 9 will love playing the games so great place to go on bad weather.
