I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese, since I was like 6, but I just took my brother who loves animatronics and the franchise here yesterday and fell in love with how happy and nostalgic it felt being there! The establishment was well kept from the salad bar to the play area, bathrooms and party area. They have a nice variety of food, games and prizes. No tubes to crawl in or a ball pit but a great mix of games to play for all ages and game play styles. The team here was super nice and helpful and we even had a chance to talk to the animatronic maintenance keeper (who also made a special exclusive Munch Jr animatronic!) And picked his brain and the managers a little on the company history and such. Super recommend this place and I really want to come back next time I have some kiddos with me :)Parking: It's in a shopping center so there's a free parking lotKid-friendliness: The most kid friendly place I can think of and it even brought out the little kid in me :)

I attended a birthday party here. The party section was ridiculously packed to the rim. They were also short staffed. The associate was super helpful and did her best to accommodate all of our needs though. However, the table was not decorated and prepared when we arrived ...I felt like they over booked and didn't have the man power to handle so many parties. The Staff was great and friendly and it's not hard for kids to have a great time. We understood but for the amount paid I feel like it could have been better.

It’s Thursday night at 6:00pm the place doesn’t have more than 25 kids , all the employees including the manager move and act like they don’t even want to be here, very negative presence from a place dedicated to family fun, their actitud infects in a very negative manner to everyone around them, it took them 1hr and 25min to have my pizza ready, and the manager could only say that they had a lot of orders. CEC really needs to retrain their staff at this location. My daughter loves the place but seriously you need to do something about it.

We came on Valentine's Day and had the entire place to ourselves. Since we Homeschool this was perfect for us. The young man Ethan was Fantastic and so helpful. He was a pleasure. We really enjoy this location come all the way from Mint Hill. It's always so clean and the staff is so nice and helpful.

We visited Saturday for my niece Birthday party. It was sooo crowded and I think overbooked it was about 4 parties or so going on and my niece didn’t have a party host I gave 4 stars because all the kids still enjoyed themselves the pizza is always good also management made it right by refunding half of my sisters money.
