I just had a party for my twins 3rd birthday. I want to give a special shout out to our host her name was Jonae or Jonaye I’m sorry if I misspelled. But she had a smile that lit up the room and she was the sweetest ever. Please thank her for the wonderful customer service and you guys should be thankful to have someone so wonderful and kind spirited. I didn’t feel like she was just doing her job I can tell she really a genuine young lady. Also thanks to the other 2 staff the guy that took my payment I didn’t get his name but he was Hispanic. And the African American girl with the dreads thanks you guys for the great customer service. We will be coming back because of you 3.

I've frequent this location for my daughter birthday party for the past three years amd let me tell you my experience this past Saturday was less than pleasing. I spent 476.00 for my daughters party package our host was awesome, however the manager ayesha was very rude not only did she not check on our party she then proceeded to grab our decorations off the table and trash them. Again avoid this location at all cost definitely not worth a bad experience this will be my last time going to this location.
Just had my son's birthday party here and everything was great. The staff was super helpful and the place was very clean. I wasn't sure what to expect but they even had birthday plates and cups for all of the kids and let us bring in cake and ice cream. The kids got 2 hours of unlimited games with the birthday package. It was perfect.
Another hidden gem (to me) in Charlotte, NC! Love how clean this place is kept as well as new and updated games, for the kids. We will always miss the ball pit but Chuck E Cheese has upgraded to having a mini trampoline area — must be purchased separate and kids must have on proper socks.
No one was available, at the door but we got our stamps at the front counter. Food and service were good and although it seemed like staff was slightly short, all questions and concerns were handled with care.
In all, this is a location I took be returning to and I’m eager to see if all Chuck-E-Cheese’s have implemented the trampoline area.
Parking: I have always been able to find a spot, at the entrance but the parking lot is located in a shopping center, which means shared spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of games for all ages. Brand new trampoline area!

Went to this location for the first time yesterday! Came around 6:30 and brought a 1 hour game card cool. My son is 3 some of the gas peaked his interest they barely have a variety to choose from. I only came here because my son wanted to try the trampoline now when I came the boy working told me it was closed it had a lock on it about 10 minutes go by i see a kid jumping in it i ask again the boy says “that was the last deal of the night” on the site is says the trampoline is free i saw this same kid get the jump in the trampoline 3 times and nobody else got to my son included… got in touch with corporate and will not be returning if it wasnt for the sweet girl working that day noticing how shitty my experience was i wouldve gave 1 star… dont waste ur time or money at this location

As I sat in the building, I noticed a child approaching the door. Concerned, I went to inform an attendant at the register. When I explained the situation, she asked me, “Where is the parent?”—as if I should know. I then asked her why there was an attendant stationed at the bounce house (which requires parents to pay extra for their kids to use) but not at the door. She replied that the facility prioritizes having staff at the bounce house over the door. I was appalled. This is a serious safety concern. It seems the establishment values profit over the safety of children.
Reply to owner 11/25: You guys have plenty of cameras. Just review them on that day, at that time to see the child nearly getting out of the front door because the attendant was guarding the bounce house instead protecting their safety. Then watch your staff poor lack of response. A child could have been kidnapped. What is the point of stamping hands if no one is at the door checking?
This is by far the worst experience ever. Tried to order a pizza they said cheese is a topping ..what!?!? Ok, I tried to add mushrooms oh we don't have mushrooms ordered chicken wings i asked how many was it they said they don't know it's by weight. what ?!they gave me 8 little nuggets smh total waste of money for$ 16 .They added a trampoline zone which is cool however, they said we have to pay 10.00 plus socks because it's not included in game pass and the girl was totally rude to the kids. This is not the chunky cheese from my childhood so disappointed in this place.

The staff was rude and not accommodating at all. I would recommend the Gastonia location over this one ANY DAY. We will never book here again.

I would give it a 5 but everytime I go and use the bathroom it's not clean as it should be. Other then that it's a great place to bring your kids. Especially during the week when it's slow and there are not a lot of people there.
