My girlfriend and I went here for date night. Without the kids. It was a blast. S few games were broken, but besides that it was a great experience.

Great staff on 10/17/25 I had a walk-in birthday party and they gave us the best service. My most memorable employee is Mesha. She has outstanding customer service. They should give that young lady a raise. She is very caring and understanding to each customer. Not only did I hold up the but so many other after me. She smile and help each of us while reassuring the waiting guess she would get to then shortly. Are pizza was well made and the kids enjoyed. The kids had do much fun I look took about five pictures.

We had such a great time at Chuck E. Cheese! 😍 The place was super clean and full of good energy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were tons of fun games — from virtual and thinking games to rides and the trampoline 🎮🎠 I love how the little kids’ games are near the eating area, and the older kids’ games are on the other side — it makes everything so easy and organized. The pizza was hot and tasty 🍕 My 7-year-old daughter absolutely loves this place and keeps talking about it! 😄 Perfect spot for family fun — we’ll definitely be back! 🎉

We had a blast! I hadn't set foot in that venue in over 15 years, and I was pleasantly surprised at the changes they've made! Gaming tokens and tickets are all digitized with swipe cards... arcade selections offered a wide variety of virtual, physical, and intellectual games. Some sport-adjacent... some fantasy-forward... some strategy-based... then of course the classic ride type attractions.
The addition of the trampoline was very clever. Our son went straight for it before i could even read the signs about additional cost and grippy sock requirements.
He hasn't stopped talking about his friend's birthday party all week!!!

Lets start with the cashier who had headphones on no greeting didn’t really answer my questions had to figure everything out on my own very much poor customer service no manager onsite..I’ve been a manager to long to know this will not happen they need to do better

The customer service is horrible. They have you standing at the counter for 5-10 min waiting on an employee to serve you. Also, the line to redeem points is ridiculously long because the young employees are all hiding in the back so they don’t have to work. Then they have an attitude when working with the kids on redeeming their points. Most of the games are broken and they still take your points when you swipe the card. Pay all of this money for the points to be taken by games that are not functioning. Horrible!!!!
Excellent place, only drawback is that they do not have a person that control the exit door.

I had my granddaughters first Birthday party there last Saturday and I can say the place is overrated it took so long to get food the host especially seemed like she didn't want to be bothered although all the kids had a good time they really need to be more particular on explaining Birthday parties and when it was time for my granddaughter to be shouted out host just let other kids that weren't in the party group on floor when I told her to please let me get a group picture first I would never stop kids from being kids I just wanted that one special picture sorry chuckee no more parties for me

I just had a party for my twins 3rd birthday. I want to give a special shout out to our host her name was Jonae or Jonaye I’m sorry if I misspelled. But she had a smile that lit up the room and she was the sweetest ever. Please thank her for the wonderful customer service and you guys should be thankful to have someone so wonderful and kind spirited. I didn’t feel like she was just doing her job I can tell she really a genuine young lady. Also thanks to the other 2 staff the guy that took my payment I didn’t get his name but he was Hispanic. And the African American girl with the dreads thanks you guys for the great customer service. We will be coming back because of you 3.
