The chicken here is delicious, we recently had lunch with my husband. However, there is one downside the waiting time. Otherwise, it's a good spot for a quick bite.

Chicken hasn't been seasoned the last 2 times I've been there. Not fresh. Bis uits were great. They have improved they've always been fresh at this location and they've increased the size a bit because it were tiny. Chicken has gotten worse since my last visit. Considering not returning to this location.

Get them kids outta there or management needs to manage and actually train because the amount of bs you all are serving is outrageous. Playing with people time for horrible service and piss poor food. Had me waiting for 15 minutes for a single chicken sandwich after telling me what you got advertised isn’t even in store but you have the original which all you did was fry a tender and put it n a bun like keep that. I see why I stopped comin to this location

Food was horrible chicken was burnt you can taste it when u bite into it and I got a three piece and all three was burnt worst experience they need to change their grease I literally had to pull over and throw up because the food was so greasy and the burnt taste was horrendous. I cannot bear it or stomach. The food itself. I would never be going to this churches again, like the worst experience of my life at this church’s chicken.

I waited 5 mins at the drive thru for my order to be taken. I ordered a 3 piece with a jalapeño. They gave me a two piece instead with no jalapeño. So I was overcharged. Plus they had no ice!

Check your order in the drive thru. Their phone is off and apparently had been off for at least 7 months, according to another bad review. The manager is very rude, non apologetic, for the mistakes they made.

I really wanted Churches Chicken today and drove a very long way to get it. Let me just say that the experience was less than desired. I asked for fresh chicken and the person at the window said it just came up but it was not hot at all. I went in the store and asked for hot chicken and I did get hot chicken but the taste was AWFUL! Not sure what happened over the years but Churches chicken is not what it used to be. So sad because I really wanted it today. A waste of almost $20.

The food quality is good but why are they closing @8:00 when they say they closed at 10 they got others folks working in their because l guess whomever thinks they work harder and better l mean them folks trying to be polite, but they are the main ones closing the restaurant early
