Food was very good and fantastic service. The only con was the atmosphere as not super as the restaurant was kind of empty. But still a very good spot.

We decided to come to Cicchetti for our first date night uptown in Charlotte, and that was a fantastic decision. Our server, AZ, was fantastic and made some great recommendations. We simply told him our wine preferences and he brought us some great choices. The service was impeccable and the food blew our minds. We definitely recommend the espresso martini! Azuriah was the only name we got, but the hostess and bartender were super helpful as well. We cannot recommend this spot enough.

The best spot for dinner before a show. Make sure to say hello to Robin while you are there!
We ordered Baked Feta & Rotisserie chicken, all great. Wine prices were notable!

Appetizers were fantastic. Lamb meatballs were okay. Eggplant parm way way over salted . Antipasto salad was delicious. Wine was priced well. Risotto was slightly under al dente. Could have spent 30 more seconds in the pan. Pistachio cheesecake was fine, but nothing to write home about. Service was great. Asked for a window seat, but were told those seats were reserved. Nobody say in them throughout out meal. Could have been amazing, but, in the end, just fine.
This was our first visit and won't be our last! We loved the beauty and flavors of our dishes! We felt we got an excellent value for Queen's Feast. I appreciated the boldness of serving these Italian dishes without the crutch of pasta. The creativity of the desserts was also a plus.
We came here for our anniversary dinner with another couple. We did not realize it was Queens restaurant week so that was a plus. We selected the make your own charcuterie and it was amazing. The waiter was helpful with suggestions on what was popular. They offer the option to add Baileys to espresso martinis, for a small fee but appreciated the option. We were impressed with the antipasto salad that contained small size crispy romaine lettuce leaves and was pretty big. The Veal milanese and Chicken cacciatore were also very delicious. The pistachio cheesecake is also a worthwhile mention. We were very pleased with our first visit. It was not overcrowded so I wonder if it may get loud if it was slammed but otherwise the space is beautiful and the noise level was perfect.
One of our favorite spots in uptown Charlotte. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the plates are delicious, the cocktails are tasty, and the atmosphere is inviting and cozy. We often come here before or after events and are never disappointed.
Food was outstanding. Drinks and wine were reasonably priced. Proximity to Belk Theater was the driver for coming here. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Will be bavk next time we are seeing something at Belk for sure.

Our first time at Cicchetti before a show at Belk Theater. Cannot beat the location, right in the Bank of America building. The interior is stunning, just beautiful. Our server was top notch. The menu is not extensive but the wine list is impressive. It's not cheap but there are options. The burrata small plate and the veal entree (enough for two!) were both yummy and satisfying to all senses. The hot honey pizza came from Aria next door (delicious!) but took a while so not everyone received their dinner at the same time, which is a big no-no. The eggplant parmesan was... the chef's interpretation of a very traditional dish: half of an eggplant, skin-on, baked and topped with a very tasty tomato sauce and a little cheese. Even as such, I didn't think it was cooked to a good softness. I wouldn't order it again but someone else may love it. The gelatos and sorbettos were divine. Bottom line, our group may be more the Aria, Rooster's, Essex and Dandelion Market types but we would definitely recommend giving Cicchetti a try!
If you wanna splurge in yourself this is the place to do it. Knowledgeable staff that helped me make the important wine decisions. Food was yummy. The ingredients speak for themselves!!

We held a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Cicchetti and could not have had a better experience. You get the whole place which is awesome. Every person we dealt with from beginning to end was professional and eager to please. The wait staff at the event were excellent, very attentive, polite, and friendly. We received so many compliments on the food, the room, and the staff. I highly recommend Cicchetti.
Thank you to Briana, Trevor, Robin, and all of the staff for a wonderful night!
