Pizza and the scene at this place is great. Staff treated us so nice. It has an awesome feel to it. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

Josh did a great job at the restaurant tonight. He is such a hard worker and it really showed tonight. He was running circles around the place. We visit the cicis pizza often and we have never seen anybody work as hard as he did to ensure everything was perfect. He made sure all the pizzas were fresh and new. Counters whipped down and even was running the cash register! His work didn’t go unnoticed.

It's very slow for a all you can eat pizza place there is no pizzas no desserts no soup . I will not be coming back here ever again!! I really want my money back but I see a manager I can speak with about the matter. So if a manager see this please contact me about this matter!

I called up there for the price of the buffet as I’ve never been before and the rude woman who answered the phone laughed and said our prices are the same everyday! Ok as if I knew that. I wouldn’t recommend this location and I definitely will make a trip there to speak with A manager.

This place is awful... first the staff's customer service skills are terrible. They have a big flat that says "under new management"... yeah right. There are 6 employees working and there is barely any pizza on the bar, the salad was frozen and to top it off, there were no clean bowls for soup. A bowl had to be retrieved from the back and washed for me to get soup. STEER CLEAR OF THIS CICI'S. One of the young men by the name of Tae was literally the only one doing something while the manager Bri stood around giving every customer attitude.

The pizza is good. The restaurant wasn't busy which is sad because as far as I see the restaurant is looks very clean and the staff is conversating with us, which is a great thing. The have games looked very exciting. Overall my experience was great.

The food was "fine". I wasnt amazing but it was slightly better than you would expect for an all you can eat Pizza buffet. Selection however was not that good, and they generally didn't have many fresh pizzas.
A 1 star is STILL WAAAAAAY too generous, in my opinion. This place needs to be closed down, asap! Came in here for dinner tonight, and was extremely disappointed in what I found.

If you want to find the most miserable people in the universe this is the place to come. With lovely sticky floor and tables. Dont bother to ask them to wipe them unless you want yet another eye roll.

Lazy Workers expect for the two youngins male and female with the nose piercing, They're cool and the only ones that are actually getting everything done. the rest are an embarrassment. Pizza cold, under cooked, or over cooked (pasta).

For fast food pizza buffet Cici's is hard to beat. Great for kids and adults(if you like kids). The 4 star is only cause there is better pizza in town. The service has always been wonderful.
